Welcome to the Angry EAS. A spin on the normal EAS Scenarios, although I guess this isn't really a scenario. Anyway, The basic concept of these is where the EAS narrator gets angry at something or someone, at completely goes off track of the alert, causing the narrator to mess up the warning.
Today we meet Tom and Zira. Zira has just had a fallen out with her unamed Boyfriend, and goes to ask Tom for relationship advice. One problem, Tom is in the middle of issuing a Tornado Warning and Zira interupts the warning. This makes Tom very upset causing him to mess up the warning.
