Watching a Chelsea Game used to be my most important event in a week. Nowadays, it becomes Obsolete.

It is not about the hunger or energy on the ball. The organisation is terrible. Burnley played through our defensive lines with ease, this a pure structural problem and Poch is failing to fix it. A formation change to a back 3 would at least fix defensive organisation issues especially in central areas.

We need a pragmatic manager that can instil organisation in the team. Poch lacks pragmatism as it can be seen with same line up formation, terrible style of play but has also failed implementing an organised playing style.

We honestly need more grit and passion in this team. Too many of these lads are complacent. They need to know the animal on the club's crest is a LION, not a pussy. The premier league demands more than footballing ability and tactics, you need to fight, you need to have character and an elite mentality. If we don't develop these qualities soon we'd keep dropping of regardless of the amounts we splash on players. The biggest Chelsea problem is in the mid. Especially the DM. Caisedo and Enzo play the same role. It's like playing with Messi and Dyballa in the same team. We lack a DM. When you come in as a manager for a team before the beginning of the season, you have time to bring in players, which you do and there is no improvement in 8 months, in my opinion that's on poch and his staff too, they bear the most of the responsability in this.... they are the ones who need to improve the players and the team at disposal, no one is gonna do it for them...... But in 8 months, no improvement.... that's not entirely on him...... but you talk like he doesn't have any responsability in this. False, he has a lot, clearlake has too and of course, the players at their level have too.

I cheer myself up by watching the ladies. Class all over the pitch.

Why force the team to play a physical game with constant turnover possession, with players that are physically and are more technical players, who prefer to control the game.

Surely the "the combinations, the patterns, and the ideas" have to come from the manager and be drilled into the team in training. Therefore it's Poch. Poch isn't saying that we're not doing what we should be, or what we are doing in training, he's just saying that we need to be more aggressive. More aggressive doesn't win matches or score goals unless you have tactics. Burnley had tactics. We were lucky to get a draw.

The problem with Chelsea is simple.. Its not that the players lack quality. They lack motivation when playing so called lesser teams and switch off.. There's no motivator in the dressing room to push them and tell them not to drop.. Poch is Mr nice guy trying to get on with everyone and allows things to play out..in front of his eyes... The truth is the team creates chances and lacks luck at times with finish but the intensity and motivation kills us every time against lesser teams.. We always turn up against big teams Sometime you need a good speech at half time to galvanise people... Or someone in the middle of the park to shout and scream at you when your intensity drops.. We have zero leaders

I can't believe I havent noticed one thing this season, it has been so apparent yet we dont see it, that thing is a Vocal Captain. We all know we don't have leaders but we don't even have a Captain, so these players don't know when to raise the levels when it needs to be. A Captain is the one that motivates the boys to come out during in the second half of games and we wonder why they go flat in the 2nd half. This happens because when they go into the tunnel, they just rest and talk, no Captain is shouting at them to fire it up in the dressing room right from the second half first second. We need that. Reece James is not that, we need to buy a Captain, I'm not even speaking about a world class player here, we need a top class Vocal Captain that will play every game. If we need to pay him 300k a week we need to, we have talents but they need what they dont have, leadership

Not sure why everyone worships Gallagher. Ge had proven he is just good at cardio which isn’t a skill. Flying in to tackles and getting muscled off the ball on a consistent basis. Pair that with rare forward passes and he’s a disaster. His contributions offensively have also been abysmal. It took him 7 months to score a goal

I don't know what POCH teaches them on the training ground. He has not been able to balance defence with attack. Chelsea team have conceded aLot of goals through set pieces. No leader at the back and no sign of set pieces defensive training. To me , it's still the fault of POCH. He does not read game and know how to manage the resources at his disposal. Creg Ballamy despite being the deputy manager, is better tactically and he was the 1 that drew the match for Burnley. He kept the Burnley team defensively intact despite 1 man down and he was also able to balance the defence with attack which brought the 2 equaliser they got. POCH only strive with team that plays the same attacking tactics similar to his but struggle with defensive - counter attacking team. POCH has been the problem all this while. No discipline in the team. Jackson was so poor all through yet he kept him their till the end.

This is how it works Gallagher runs down a ball to the left didn't get the ball but the ball ended up in the center where Enzo gets it he tries to launch and attack but it is stopped now you have Enzo and Gallagher way to high up the field and all teams are doing is keeping an extra man in the center so when they win the ball Caicedo is out numbered 2 to 1. Poch is trash, the owners who hired Poch is trash. The problem stared from the root the owners. If a tree has good roots but one of the branches is dying you can cut off that branch and a healthy branch would grow back, But if the roots are rotten the who tree would die. I Am so dissapointed with team,,,i watched that game and this team played like they were leading by 5 goals to nil right from the start. Since the club was sold we've had different managers, bought sold loads of players , sacked the previous back room staff, and gone straight from a top 4 team into a mid table laughing stock. The only constant in all this has been Todd/Clearlake. If they hadn't done anything at all, we would be in a far better place

Players are half U23s, it is expected of them. Pochettino is 52 and in prime, it isn't expected of him. I hope that helps.

If it wasn't for Cole Palmer we would be fighting relegation. He's absolutely right in wot he said. Playin against 10 men in the 2nd-half and just drawing 2-2. It's shocking really.

They make so much money per week, so much more than the average person and they still put up weak performances.

There's an old military saying, 'There's no such thing as bad soldiers, only bad officers.' Clearly that's somewhat misleading as there are useless soldiers whoever is leading them. But it holds true that a great officer will find a way of utilising whatever troops he has, and if he can't do that he will fail. And in most armies that means he gets replaced. Your previous video listed area after area where this lot don't seem to know what they're doing, and if Pochetinno can't get that sorted he's not much use.

Biggest issue is the age of the squad and the lack of identity. Other very important thing is the amount of ego and selfishness many of this players have, it feels like they are not the team and that they do not respect each other when you see how many of them would rather take a shot from bad position than attempting to pass the ball to someone in better position. We need older/experianced players to set the standards not in football skill way but to push and yell on them in situations where they wonder off Like Thiago Silva was when he was still on top of his game or even Jorginho who you could see many times yell on the pitch and wake teammates up just to name the most recent few of many we had in the past, now we have 0. Many of this young players need someone to respect on and off the pitch who is wittin the club structure being coach or few veteran players that lead by the example on and off the pitch .

Chelsea can't defend set pieces. Apart from missing chances, this has been our greatest downfall. The problem is the management can't even see that. Energy from players and stadium fans is too poor as well.

It’s quite funny how we have gone to high expectations to still high but much lower expectation. It gets rid of all the filth fans and humbles the club, it forms a good fan base who know what tough times are like and when we bounce back the good times will feel better then ever.

Still don’t know why he doesn’t try casadei in midfield. Recalled him for height and reinforcement and if anything our midfield lacks in height. This guy scored in the intnl break, he was doing great on his loan spell at Leicester. He’s being wasted simply. Enzo was probably gassed and letting him be isolated in midfield at the ends was almost very bad.

Yet it was his fault why the second goal was conceded. The next game needs to come quickly. So that the players can show character and actually get a win. No excuses.

We’re a mess. Can’t defend, no midfield, 1 effective attacker, no striker. Niini what do they do in training? As they again looked totally clueless, soft and gutless.

The midfield was non existent when defending.their needs to be balance in the midfield that can create chances and defending,pressing as a unit,pressuring the team into making mistakes.We got to see some of the youngsters play that were on the bench- casadei, Washington and others.gallagher lacks the tactical intelligence to command the midfield, he's supposed to be the captain.

It doesn’t matter where you came from it could be MC or any other team because nobody can teach you how to play to. Of course Pep had some impact on Palmer like his ability to read game, positioning on the pitch and maybe some general advices. But all assets he possesses on the pitch are coming from himself. When Pep was asked whether he teaches Haaland how to score goals he said: “ I score just 11 goals for 12 years playing as a professional footballer, so how possibly I could teach this guy to score so many goals”.

Relax the training so the guys can have enough energy to perform on the pitch.

I dont like this idea of putting energy over technical ability in front of goal..If anything little of both in a player is okay BUT, i prefer MORE technical ability in the front 4(i.e including the #10)...I dont like Gallagher in that 10 role; especially hit 1st touch where he doesnt get control of the ball.
