The mayor didn't even really want to be in the room at the time. He was required to sit there but no one had any authority to force him to answer any questions. So (of course) he would never answer them.

@@jeangrey5911 Long story short, these residents were living at a year-round resort, and weren't aware of some stipulation about being able to live there year round. Then all of a sudden, this stipulation is now enforced, and it was almost like giving the residents an eviction notice. These people could claim that the mayor was raping dogs in their front yard. I would believe them wholeheartedly simply because the meeting started with the mayor refusing to answer questions. When you hear something like that that is when the citizens going in start lying there face off about him because he just said he couldn't answer questions. So he can't defend himself. Yeah it would have been underhanded...... But less underhanded than giving residents 4 months to find a brand new place to live.

Wasn't sure where this was taking place. Now we know! Cape May! Must be New Jersey!!!! Another Dem-controlled state on a downward path to the grave. A friend of mine lives there and its gone hog wild. Giving licenses to undocumented immigrants - instead of 30 ladhes minus one for driving without a driver's permit. It's next to New York ... no surprise there.

I will say this I feel for the people but at the same time if you look at every one of them and you know how they live I'm sure they got a lot of new cars that can afford and I'm sure they got the newest cell phone they can't afford and they have internet service cable and satellite TV with most of the channels they're probably going to Walmart every Kohl's and every store buying crap they don't need but they're up here bitching about a change that will cost them money
