    Correction: 500 x 0.631 = 315.5 so you can round up to nearest metre 316 m.

    Where did he get 😳 a straight line from when u have terrestrial refraction or standard refraction always. Plus wouldn't u only be able to see 1.2 x Sq root of the observer's height and feet at the Horizon (Geometric Horizon) where the curvature of the 🌎 blocks 🚢 and buildings 🏢

    tan(32.15) is = 0.6285 i've tried that using calculator on my phone, my desktop computer, my laptop, and also googled it!

    You calculate it wrong sherlock, its 500*tan(32°15')=315.47

    I think the final answer is wrong (no offence) because from my observation, 500 Multiplied by 0.631 will give you the answer equivalent to 315,5 now round it off to the nearest metre will give you the answer of 316 m. But from the whole explanation is great! Keep up the good work...
