Angels Healed Her Trauma & Illness in the Himalayas, She Now Heals Others via Sound & Music Therapy

Elizabeth Clark's Spiritually Transformative Experience on a trek in the Himalayas changed her life. Now she uses her experiences to help others find healing via sound and music therapy.
In her upcoming book, "Healing in the Himalayas," Elizabeth shares how she learned to connect with angels in an online class shortly before discovering breast cancer.
Guided by her angels, Elizabeth found healing from longstanding childhood trauma as well as physical illness. The STE that changed her life assured Elizabeth that we are never alone in this world and that each one of us is surrounded and embraced by love.
Now fully trained and board certified as a music therapist, Elizabeth uses her new awareness to guide others to healing through music and sound.

I often smell my moms lavender scent. Recently I smelled Old Spice, which my grandfather wore. He died in the early 70’s. Also, I get a distinct scent of Cashmere Bouquet or Camay which was THE soap my grandparents used. I loved going into their bathroom and just stand drawing in that scent. Who needs room deodorizer? This is called clairalliance.

What a lovely, helpful interview. Elizabeth Clark is charming. When my father was in the process of his gentle transition, I hummed certain songs to him. Though he was comatose, I hope he heard me and was comforted. Thank you, Susan and Elizabeth (from another Elizabeth). ❤

Thank you so much Elizabeth for your super comments and feedback. Yes, I believe your father heard you, hearing is the last sense to go. I personally feel music is a bridge between this world and the next. It's beautiful that you were there to support his transition musically.

I have been working with controlling outside noise from interfering with my meditation. It works about 50% of the time. I live on a main road in the city and there is a bikers bar across the street, plus a bus stop outside my window. Lots to block out 😂😂

Try saying "any distraction, any sound, anything disruptive will only take me deeper." That's what Suzanne always says in classes where someone's apt to cough, or a phone will ring, or whatever. It's worked for me. :-)

I haven't watched a video yet that I didn't get so much from, but I really enjoyed this one no end! I related to so many, many things that Elizabeth spoke about, especially the great healing power of music. This is the honest to God truth....I will be 75 next month and pretty much every single day, I put on music and dance around my living room. 😄 I grew up during the greatest time for Soul Music and that is what I listen to much of the time, but I love all kinds of music and my Spirit literally soars when I listen to music. It has so much healing power and Elizabeth explained so much of what it does to our brains even. I would do without it. I also loved what she said about the feather feeling on her head. Suzanne, since I came upon you, like so, so many others, my life is changing quickly and pretty dramatically, although I know it is going to get so much more so. Often, when I meditate, I get a tingling sensation on the top of my head and today, after hearing Elizabeth, I am pretty sure that that is coming from my Angels. Now that my belief in "the other side", the Angel realm, etc., etc., is 100% without doubt, the synchronisities are blowing me away! I am definitely on a path and I am LOVING IT! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!! ❤❤❤

A medium told me that I'm mostly connected to my husband in spirit through music, bc we loved Opera and all kinds of music. And we loved to dance. But since his passing I haven't danced. Also when I listen to a certain kind of music I get goosebumps. Or when Im so moved by nature's beauty I sing silently- HOW GREAT THOU ART. ( the earth bows before you.( God)

What a wonderful conversation about the ELEVATING VIBRATIONS! Those vibrations literally healed Elizabeth at the mountain peak (highest elevation point!), then the music elevated her spirit through singing, and now she is sharing the scientific/medical findings on the power of SOUND&MUSIC! Good for her for catapulting herself out of fashion industry into this meaningful field of elevating others into the wellbeing!! Thank you Suzanne for bringing this Angel-woman to your podcast!😇💗🙏

So, so interesting. Fantastic interview!! I saw a very elderly woman in a nursing home who used to be a professional ballerina. She had severe demensia. They played the ballet Swan Lake for her. She began to actually do the movement and sang the music as she did. It was extraordinary! I have done years of ballet and actually recognized the movements she was doing. 😇😇🙏🙏🦋🦋

Dear Suzanne and the team! Firstly, I’d like to express my gratitude to Suzanne, Sanaya and the team. I am learning so much everyday. I have a question that’s not related to this particular episode and hope it can be picked up and answered on your Q&A. My question is if the soul has already had a plan to come to this life to experience poverty in order to gain spiritual growth, can that person still manifest abundance? Isn’t it against the soul’s plan? Thanks so much and lots of love to you.
