It is so possible to go from guilt shame remorse to self love. It takes action but it is paradise ! Living in the dark an reaching living in the light is paradise. ❤It happened to me I shifted I woke up at 71. Better late than never. I am grateful it’s there for all that want it❤

I have given myself a mother's love during meditations, it has been wonderfully healing. I have told my younger self that i will always love her, always forgive her, always keep her safe. I feel sad at times at not having a parent's love, but i have eventually learned to give myself that love, and it feels good. ❤

My heart for this lovely woman. I think we all can relate, on some level, her lack of self love. I’m praying she finds relief, peace and Love. ❤

Having been molested by a priest for 8 years from age 5 to 13, loving myself seemed impossible. Learning to see beyond the story of myself to the Being of myself really helped but sometimes I feel like a car on an icy hill. I find myself slipping back to where the Being of myself seems to give way. I had a message come through my mind that showed me a girl of about 13 who witnessed the liberation of a concentration camp during WWII. She had been there long enough to experience mankind at it's worst. From the cold to the total lack of food and the indiscriminate murder of civilians. One day she saw men in different uniforms speaking a different language and she seriously thought perhaps this is my last day on Earth. Then one of the soldiers gave her a piece of bread and a clean blanket. It was the day of liberation. She wasn't able to just walk outside the gate though because of the diseases those confined had. I was informed I was that girl and the concentration camp was the world I built around myself. Transformation and liberation was there for me to reach out for. Liberation was like being in a foreign country and it made me very unsure of the perception I was experencing. Comfort zones made in fear are more difficult to step away from for many of us. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your Guides. I asked for my Guides names many times, never heard a sound so I called them AWNN. Angels With No Names. that seemed to hit a chord. Now when I ask," Hey AWNN are you on, away we go.

This really resonates with me! I beat myself up all my life, I believe, because I allowed my grand father to sexually abuse me and I told nobody. I didn’t realize that was why I would seek out men who would beat me and hurt me. Now I know why I would do that. And I now realize that he was the adult I was just a baby when it began and he made it seem so normal! So I never spoke up. And when I was a child it just wasn’t something that was spoken about. So I’m not sure if anything would have come from telling. When I revealed to my mother what had happened to me I was 25 and the first thing she said was, “I’m sorry he did that to you, but I think we should just keep this between us.”and I felt wounded all over again! 😢

I’m so sorry you had to go through that. I went through a similar thing with a brother and other family members and several neighbors. When I told my mother she did nothing. She did not protect me. I think in fact it was more convenient for her for me to be the one to have certain ppl get their sexual “needs” out in and leave her alone…. I’ve wanted nothing to do with her pretty much since I hit adolescence. I greatly feel your pain. I hope you will find healing and self love 💗

@@silverlining1379 something that I have learned along the way is that as a higher self I chose this role just as Buck chose his role and my mother hers. I believe that there is free will, of course, but along this new spiritual path I found that forgiveness is liberating and healing for my own heart and soul. I wish I could have found this path while she was alive, but I didn't. I know that she is aware of my forgiveness and I know that when I pass away from this earthly realm that I will see her again and my beloved father and my most beloved husband whom I feel here beside me every day. I lost him a year ago this past November. I feel that he is my soulmate and I find comfort in the fact I know that he's going to be here beside me till we meet again. Forgive her. Not for her, for you! You will feel how much lighter your heart and soul becomes. I love you, kindred spirit.

I used to have a spirit guide when I was a teenager, and he was a man dressed in a white robe with a belt and sandals, sitting on a big rock in the clouds. I didn’t think about him being a spirit guide until I read Caroline Myss’s “Sacred Contracts”. I recently asked what his name was and I heard Charles. Charles?! lol!

This is a wonderful way to let go of the past because we can't do anything to change the past. We must be willing to live in the moment and leave the past behind!❤
