I adore her little hop at around :42. 😊😊😊

So sad for Gelya, she was the best in the apresentations on floor always, and now, on the final she wasnt, she desarve the gold, she is such incredible, perfect. I hope that in Tokyo she win a lot of medals there, because she desarve 💙😊 Ps: Sorry about my english

Yes it is... I feel like that at the beginning of the competition she is so fresh and motived and then, at the finals, she always looks tired.

For someone who started out last quad with a lot of difficulty she’s really come along way. And you can tell that she will be helpful as a senior gymnast for the Russian team!

This routine was surely better than Urazova's right? The D score must have een quite a bit higher.

Only 0.4 higher if they both get credited for everything (and only 0.2 if Melnikova's Memmel was downgraded to a single Y) -- not enough of a cushion for landings like these and the other deductions in this routine.

Those mascots really steal the show

Why everytime she lands the Chusovitina she pauses 2 secs to get in synchro with the music ? She is loosing -0.1 for pause erevytime...

Ikr why does she pause after that tumbling pass. If she didn’t do that and stumble on her double pike in Tokyo I think she would on won Gold in floor finals!

Bad landings, artistry (compared to Urazova), and a couple sketchy dance elements. Her 0.4 difficulty advantage over Urazova isn't going to be enough if she's going to perform like this, especially if Vlada can figure out her third pass.
