Literally calm down. The Voronin cup means pretty much nothing, just a chance for them to compete again. Downgrading for small competitions is so common, Melka has done it many times in the past, and considering she’s having some ligament issues atm, I’m glad she has. No where near as world-ending as you seem to be making it out to be

She’s had issues with her Achilles and since it’s not a high stake competition there’s no point risking anything

@Russian Gymnastics You can kind of tell with a few of her landings. She looked a bit tentative, and it must've been painful for her. Gymnastics is so hard on the body 😫
