Douglas Howser, i am drying my eyes now. You know. She is incredible. Subtle and perfect. her covers are usually better than the originals. PS i am a 70 year old soldier of fortune and no snowflake. You make me cry, it is because i am touched by your talent, and I have seen much ugly and much pretty. So I know.

I ve been asking that question myself from the beginning (of knowing about Angelina - which was AGT/winners) : she sings about topics she cannot possibly know about. Then it dawned on me that she's ESP: extra sensitive. She must be sensing the emotions from the song (text+music) and is able to convey that through her own version. Because she makes every cover her own. Simply amazing.

I believe our little angel knows exactly what she is doing with each and every song. She effortlessly makes them her own by zeroing in on the emotional intent and channeling the feelings through her vocals.

Thanks for continuing your journey with Angelina as another viewer said. And let me tell you, you've nailed just what's most amazing about her. She has a wide range in her voice, she can nail the lower tones as much as the higher ones. But the subtleties, the nuances, the finesse she chooses to use while singing, even since she was young, is what sets her apart from all the other child singers. We've found a real gem!

It,s a kind of an ode to a little homeles girl in a foreign country when Angelina was having a kind of vacation ther. she saw the little girl without shoes ,so Angelina gave her shoes to the little girl and sinds that time Angelina performs without her shoes on. . Now you know the story and it shows how absolutely AMAZING Angelina realy is.

It appears the song is too old for her but she sang it so beautifully.

We have been working on that ever since we first heard her sing. Only a little progress: reactors have come up with these--"Wow," "Ah-h-h," "I am at a loss for words," and "I just do not know what to say."

Yes, like you said! It seems that today if you are gonna be a good singer; you must have a great range, impressive runs, hefty vibrato and you should be able to belt your lungs out, and if you on top of that have whistle voice, fame on you! So in a way every body more or less, sounds the same. I got a Mariah Carey cd back 90s, and loved it. But now 20-30 years after, its still the same. Angelina is different, in the best way possible. She has an old dould in her voice and a passion for music in her heart. She allways sings barefooted, to remind herself of the strugle of a young begger girl she met when she was younger. She sat barefooted outside in the could. This never change, allways her bare feet. She has such a pure and big heart. I hope you react to I put a spell on you, a million years ago and feeling good.

I really hope she will first react to A Million Years Ago and then right after the comparison video of Angelina and Adele singing A Million Years Ago. It is something seeing a singer of Adele's league be outclassed by a 12 year girl singing Adele's own sing. I feel Adele is shouting the song while Angelina is living it. It is outstanding. I think I understand your dilemma in trying to react to Angelina Jordan at age 7 You are trained in technical abilities And look for a lot of different octaves ,a huge range And a stage presence that envolvesgestures etc to hype up the performance as a show.However your ear when hearing. Ajs tone and soft vibrato and a little raspiness to her words caught you in your emotions making it hard for you to judge her on the other levels you desired to critique.Angelina chose this song because to her musical ear made her feel something The reason she one is everyone feels something when she sings ,even you.Try to get past what you are use to and try a few more of her songs They will make you feel good That's why she won
