Absolutely sublime…… jazz is undoubtedly where Angelina’s spirit resides, there’s no one out there today that can anywhere close to her when it comes to emoting through music! She loses herself when she goes into jazz mode. Such a rare gift for any artist….. and she is an artist!

You're correct in what you say. She is the 'heir apparent' to the greatest, improvisational jazz singer of all time, that being Angelina's true 'one and only' musical mentor Billie Holiday. How much did she glean from Billie? Well, in her own words she stated, 'I have to say if it wasn't for the unconditional love that came from Billie Holiday's legendary music, there would be no Angelina Jordan today'. There is no artist that she places anywhere near the top of the musical pedestal, where in her mind Billie resides.

Put her in a setting like this and the spirit of Billie Holiday envelopes her vocals as she proves to be the reigning 'Queen Of Jazz' for sure.

I wonder if Angelina would consider giving a pure jazz concert. I think jazz enthusiasts from all over the world would pay top dollar for that. I hope she never stops doing jazz. I hope she does a bunch of jazz albums during her career which by any measure should be long and amazing. I love almost anything she sings but expecially jazz - the Angel with 1,000 voices.

We older ones had that hope of a pure, or mostly Jazz Angelina. But Record / Studios , wants money that they invested in her. So she has to make money earning Recordings. She can tour as much as she wants. That’s her earnings. Right now she has to pull on younger ones like her. Get them to realize and love Jazz.

This is the most sensual & sultry version of my favorite song of all time. I feel like I'm watching a 50's detective or gangster movie, with Angelina performing at a small jazz club from that era. I know she did that when she was 8, but she really fits the part this time. Absolutely stunning!!! Kudos to the trumpet player in this.

I knew once she turned 18 she would finally perform this sultry version live.

Thanks Jim, it was great being there with the other Angels and meeting all of you. I realize this message was likely before we connected.

I love AJ but this version of the song is not even close to her vocal masterpiece from a couple of years ago with the backdrop of chandeliers and antique furniture. I'm rooting for Angelina and believe she will soar when she embraces her natural, soulful gift... without the pretense.

Being live she had the opportunity to try things out with a full band. Also keep in mind it's Vegas, so she gave some old Vegas Jazz lounge feel. Not sure if you seen other videos of this from other who have more of an intro of her talking or not. We all know that the shop vid from 2 yrs back was perfection.

Time...stop...

She's tired and you're pushing that 17 year old or 18 year old kid too hard she's still got a lot of learning

Angelina exquisita, pero el grupo de mùsicos que le acompañan fatal, los metales desafinados, no la apoyan con los acordes, terrible!! y ella se defiende porque es una chica muy profesional y muy lista y conoce su oficio. Lucen como si no hubiesen ensayado y estuvieran improvisando pero mal .Por otro lado vi a Angelina insegura, necesita una persona que cuide su imagen y gestualidad. Ella tiene mucho que dar, es una de las mejores cantantes de este planeta con una voz mágica que hace vibrar hasta la piedras. Es una niña. Necesita trajes menos ostentosos, más sencillos e igual de elegantes. Opinión personal.

Qualcuno dice che questa versione è meglio di quella della Fitzgerald...poveretti ... questo piu che un canto è un lamento abbastanza sgradevole...
