Dear, Angelina trains/practices since age 3 for 36 HOURS a week. For technical advice (she is self taught)she visits the academies for music and performing arts of Oslo and LA since age 4. As a very respected vocal teacher said, she could give master classes since age 10.

This is an edit to my original post. I finished my comment before the end of the video, because I wanted to see your reaction to Angelina's change from "performance" mode to a small child, BUT you stopped the video before the end. Please never do that, as you will often miss some sweet "Angelina" moment. Thank you for another good reaction to Angelina. This is the song in which I realised that Angelina had lost all childishness from her voice and had the right to be judged with all other professional singers, In my opinion, she is the best singer in the world, and there are thousands of others who would agree with me. Every moment you spend featuring her on your channel will being you great emotional satisfaction. There are so many things I get from this performance. Some I recognised immediately and those I missed were brought to my attention by the more observant Angelina fans (her Angels) and I thank them for letting me know what I had missed. (1) The realisation that at the age of 10 Angelina has shed all childishness from her voice. (2) A feeling that the placement of the spotlight at the beginning of her performance was deliberate. If it was, then, to my mind, it was a brilliant move. (3) The fact that Angelina arranged this song and that the band kept out of the way and let her voice be the focus. (4) The incredible low note she sang for the word "good" at the beginning and end of the performance. (5) That wonderful crescendo at the end. (6) The was Angelina used her left arm and hand throughout the performance (7) The way she changed the microphone from her right hand to left hand, so that she could flip her hair back with her right hand. (8) The cheeky smile she gave to the cameraman when she realised he had focused on her at about 6.22 in your reaction video. (9) The sideways look and grin she gives to her instrumentalists just after she curtsies to the audience -- as if to say, "Yeah, we killed it, guys! Now let's go get some ice cream!" (10) The almost instantaneous switch from "performance" mode to that of a young child who,curseyed and gave a sweet smile to the audience as an acknowledgement of their applause. Others have commented that the performance by Nina Simone should be considered the "gold" standard for this song. Until recently, I had never watched her performance, but have now done so. They just cannot be compared, for Angelina's arrangement is totally different

learning to sing is like learning to talk, it is like a new language for you and it is harder to do when you are older... she began learning to sing at birth and was immersed in jazz and classic rock the whole time, her whole life, so she learned it faster and more completely than the rest of us can...then there is talent, oh well, I'll never be competition

In so many songs I noticed that her pitch is so dead on, that it perfectly matches a background instrument for a few seconds, and you get this surreal moment of precise stereo notes. 🤯

I have never seen anyone at her age who handles a camera in her face. She is so professional at this very young and tender age...and she obviously loves it. And she is oh so very good at it! Don't you feel blessed!

She improves almost with each performance listen to IM HOLDING OUT FOR YOU also 10 years old but a huge leap again. Of course it helps when you have perfect pitch. There is a delightful clip of when her mother took her along to a preschool singalong. Angelina not only refuses to sing but she's glancing around with absolute horror at the sound. Her eyes beseech her mother as if to communicate 'get me out of here'.

I was hooked and dove right down that rabbit hole. It's been over 3 years now and Angelina is the only artist I can listen to. She has plenty of practice on this song, she worked on a commercial for Volvo with Avicii but did not get the the part, they went with someone they had used before. Avicii became a family friend during the process and at some point listen to her singing Wake Me Up

I think what you're noticing is a different style and voice. She is known as the girl with a thousand voices. But this was one year after her "Spell" and certainly she has progressed each year much more than would be expected. Angelina is 10 years old in this Feeling Good performance.

She's singing since she's been 1,5 years old, started training for AGT at age 3. And she once said she's singing 3-4 hours a day. Now try to sum up all those training hours. So don't be too hard on yourself for not beeing at that technical level yet🤷‍♂

I do not know where she gets the air for all those ascending notes and there doesn't seem to be enough time for a breath for the growling part immediately after. I'd like to see how many adult singers can duplicate it, professional or not.
