My thoughts are that below. Just so unbelievably beautifuly. I want to make up all of the words that I feel.

The vocals from 17:38 to 18:04 ARE UNREAL. that vocal control is otherworldly. It's almost like she has the capacity to not only emit those sounds, but then the additional capacity to take a step back and watch the waves come out of her own mouth.

Never be Mine has to be one of the most heartbreaking and perfect songs ever. This is magic

First time I watched this I bawled my eyes out and I never cry. :D

Intern is one of the most beautiful and mesmerizing songs I have ever heard. I feel like it’s just about everyday life and no matter how hard it gets you gotta keep moving. Everybody wants to be somebody and no matter how far you get and how much you have there will always be somebody better. Thanks for the passionate music Angel 🙏🏼

To the audio engineer and KEXP crew, you guys are the best, whenever I listen to every artist live on KEXP the sound quality is absolutely spot on, great mix and great recordings. I love Angel Olsen so much. Love to see her live one day.

her voice is so beautiful and unique and her sound is so crisp, lyrics are beautiful and she's just absolutely amazing! She lives in my hometown too so I'm always hoping to run into her..

Interesting. It's the worst by far, although a few tracks are among Olsen's best.

Drew B totally agree. Cheryl is the earth mother of KEXP. A genuine music fan and the least phony human being you will ever meet. The artists love her for that!

It is sounding like Angel Olsen and her new set of band members are all continuing to sound better each performance. I've seen Angel Olsen live about four times, three times with her past band lineup and once with this newly formed lineup. This KEXP show is definitely one of the best live recordings I have ever heard from Angel and her band. When I saw them in October this past year they were amazing, but it was still hard to get used to seeing Angel with such a big band surrounding her, especially since she used to perform as a solo artist at the start of her career. From watching and listening to this video, I can start to see that Angel and her band have never fit so well together. The back up vocalist/keyboard player does not look as awkward standing there anymore, the two new guitarists have finally seemed to settle in place of Stewart, Angel's previous guitarist. And of course, Josh and Emily continue to keep it real as always. The sound of Angel Olsen continues to evolve, personally I think it has never been better. If you get the chance to see her live in your area I highly recommend not missing out, her voice is incredible to hear in person. There is always a personality she tries to bring to each performance and I cannot wait to see what kind of music she can bring to the table next...even if she went back to a solo career for a while. I believe Angel Olsen will always keep bringing the world great material with her heart warming presence. Now go listen to all her albums and see her live four times if you haven't already!!!

Yes, she is. I suggest you Bandsintown's app, it tracks you tour dates of you favorite artists. Angel is kinda in Europe's tour this May and June.

i fully expect to see these guys performing "Never Be Mine" during the closing credits of a "Twin Peaks: The Return" episode soon.

It is great hearing a band perform their songs after the addition of some new members. While "Woman" was performed similarly to how it was on the record, "Never Be mine" and "Intern" seemed worlds apart from the album recordings. The performance overall felt very hidden and quiet, but this interested me even more than if Angel was just rocking it out with the band. Angel Olsen's Discography is quite amazing and every full length and the EP they have released has shared something new and beautiful. Wish there was a little more commentary between the host and Angel. That has definitely been a big part of KEXP performances for me.

Total Control was a massive hit in Australia way back when it came out, but didn't seem to fare as well elsewhere. Such an awesome track. Nice work.

That drummer has one of strangest setups I've ever seen. It's set up for a left handed player (which is unusual to begin with, left handed players usually just play on right handed kits) AND he plays on it right handed. He had solid groove and time though, can't complain.
