Progress of this team since Postecoglu took over is phenomenal. The direction of travel at Spurs, no matter where they finish this season, is onwards and upwards. There's real potential in this side. Certainly the most potential since the early 80s.

much credit goes to postecoglou for that critical substitution decision... bringing johnson on to completely change the complexion of this fixture...it was the catalyst that lead to hotspurs building momentum to find the victory

What I am Loving is the doubters at it again! Why isn't he is looking at the camera?? - He doesn't need too, Predictable at 1st half- ? How ridiculous look at the formation of the opposition who park the bus - remember spurs 11 at full flight beat Liverpool and matched city with injuries. It was a defensive Tottenham performance , i think they are showing their opponents too much respect. Also opponents aren’t pressing spurs anymore. This is the issue klopp and even pep faced when they came to the league , even arteta faced similar issues in his second season but if ange sticks around spurs can figure out a way definitely

Sorry, it wasn't a great performance at all- very predictable yet again in the first half. Its time to get a right footer up front on the right ( Johnson or Werner) and a left footer up front on the left. This current formation does not work. Both wings are dead ends atm. It's painful to watch the constant cutting back inside. Kulusevski in particular is impotent as an attacking force on the right and has been for ages

@@ldbatigol9521 yes, we were completely ineffective first half. No more than a couple of shots in the half ... at home ! I remember looking at the clock 16 mins in and noting that we'd not yet had one attempt. That formation upfront is not right. It just isn't. No coincidence that Johnson comes on and minutes later we're level. We could have been more than one down by that stage and we won't be so fortunate next time.
