Chef and food writer Andy Baraghani won a James Beard Award for his cookbook “The Cook You Want to Be,” this year and only just touched back down in New York from his most recent travels. “The holidays need less stress about entertaining,” he shared when we caught up with him at home. “You should just be motivated and happy to kind of bring people together.” To help ease the workload, here he shows us his easy riff on sour cream and onion dip.
