A better way to pray is one of the most controversial teachings of Andrew Wommack. Sadly, many want to continue with their (much) less than effective prayer lives and become angry when they hear someone come against their common practices. Why not walk away from what isn't working? In all reality, this is one of Andrew's BEST teachings among many great teachings.

it's interesting that the protestant translations say "vain repetitions" which would disqualify things like the hail mary or the our father and the catholic ones "babbling", which again would disqualify the "freestyle" prayers by evangelicals

He " mocks and ridicules" therefore it makes him cultish? Why can't he just be exercising hs sense of humor? Give e a break. He's just speaking the truth as expressed through his personality. It's a matter of style. Content s what's important. It's time that we start seeing results. Period. The word isn't stupid, and ironically Satans people get results for the evil they do!

@MZITinfo βατταλογήσητε in the original Greek means vain repetition. If the idea of babbling was intended then the word κενοφωνίας would be used as in 2 Tim 2:16. The meaning of babble has no logical connection with the idea of freestyle but rather with words spoken with little meaning or relevance. Catholics interpreting βατταλογήσητε as babbling instead of interpreting it according to its actual meaning is self-serving. Praying to saints,statues,mediatrix:Catholic prayer not Biblical model.

It's all in scripture brother! Are you saying that it's Gods will for prayer to not be answered then?

Paul himself was not healed and God said my grace is enough. Even Andrew Wommack's prayers are not always answered. Then it is time to blame the poor disabled person that he doesn't have enough faith? I saw how one of his followers blamed a disabled person who she was praying for. It was dreadful. Made me feel sick to my stomach.

Arefe Baghera. .they make me feel like it's my fault I'm not receiving healing! Its hurtful, condemning and makes me furious! It's bad enough how severe my suffering is without their condemnation! ARE WE WRONG..IS IT OUR FAULT.. IS HE RIGHT! HE GETS IT OUT OF SCRIPTURE SO....

@@stephieg.2580 I have talked to many other Christians. They all say God works in mysterious ways and as i said Paul himself was not healed. It is about his perfect plan and timing. A pastor told me Jesus healed people in different ways and circumstances so that no one can come and say this is the formula, this is how you can heal. This Life we are in is never going to be perfect and i think we need to find our happiness in him. My prayer for us is, father God whenever life is hard im glad you are by my side. I love you no matter what. Will prat for you Stephanie xxx
