    Andrew Wiggins was a smart pick for the Cavaliers. They don't need offense like the Bucks. They need defense. Andrew Wiggins is the guy. His offense will come but his intangibles, defense, and athleticism make him a good fit with kyrie and Dion. Jabari might get rookie of the year, but don't be surprised when your watching Wiggins in the playoffs and not Jabari. It's about championships

    I would reply to some of these "liked" comments, but its just doing to much. Bottom Line: Wiggins is a special athlete with raw aspects to his game. Defense was elite at the college level, offense was in and out. Needs a consistent jumper and a tighter handle. By the way, Wes Johnson was a 23 year old rookie and couldn't do anything offensively or defensively. I should know, I'm a Timberwolves fan :(

    Wiggins will be a good pick no matter what because he is already an elite defender, he is obviously making the effort to develop go-to moves here, and is working on the handle (btw he is legit 6'9", stop complaining so much about his dribble being way to high, it won't be a foot off the ground like a 6' point guard, this video shows drills where he is working on staying lower). He is way more explosive than Parker, better defender, and works like he wants to be great. He will enter the league as a great defender and athlete, and streaky scorer, and will develop over time into a consistent scorer. Worst case scenario you're drafting a guy who can shut down the best player on most if not all the teams in the league and play up tempo with energy. Best case scenario... superstar

    Not much to see here that we didn't already know. We know he is athletic and we know he can shoot. He just needs to work on his ball handling, strength, and shooting consistency. All this will come with time in the league. He is 200 pounds now and should fill out to about 220-230 so he will get stronger. Also his shot is only going to get better over time. He has very good form and shoots 78-80% from the line so he has a good stroke. Ball handling again will come with time just look at Paul George or kawhi leanord. All in all with embiid being hurt Wiggins should go number 1.

    Offensively, Jabari is so polished and poised. Clearly head and shoulders above Wiggins in that regard. Although, as an overall basketball prospect, it doesn't get much better than Andrew Wiggins. Pair either with the now 6'11" Greek Freak, and that makes this Milwaukee Bucks fan very, very happy.

    The main function of Wiggins' ballhandling is going to be to create open space for himself and to get a jump on a defender. He doesn't need to rock the cradle like AI or Chris Paul. He just needs to be quick and efficient with them, and it looks like he's getting there.

  • @AlphaDwg

    @AlphaDwg

    he needs to work on basic fundamentals of dribbling. The moves he's doing here are pointless since his handle is weak. Get a strong handle first then build on that. Needs to be 1 2 3 dribbles tops then pull up. Best scores in the NBA don't really waste time dribbling.

    It is kind of funny now to come back and read the comments from all the doubters. He is doing well in the NBA as a teenager and still has tremendous room for growth. He needs to get stronger and should add 20 pounds to his frame as he matures. He still needs to work on his handle but this will also improve over time. You can tell he is going to be a very good shooter. He won't be Steph Curry good but he doesn't need to be with his length, speed, quickness and hops. His floor looks to be a top 5 SF in the league. Whether he arises to be a top 5 player in the league like some projected remains to be seen.

Well dispute that fact that all his private LIVE workouts for teams have all gotten rave reviews. Thats not editable material, that is REAL LIFE. Scouts have said he blew away the Cavs during his private workouts and showed a greatly improved handle and jumpshot. While on the other hand Jabari was said to be over weight, winded, and just flat out bad in his Cavs workout. People can keep hating but ive seen and heard all ive needed to. If the Cavs pick Jabari it will be a mistake.

    Anyone who really know basketball would see right through this cut up of the makes and good highlights from a workout ... this kid has a lot of work to do and if I was a GM I wouldnt take him in the top3. He reminds me of Wesley Johnson from a few years ago. His handle is horrific and his jumper lacks any sort of confidence, i thought every shot was going to brick. with hardwork and X-factor, he can be great, but so far he hasnt even shown that X-factor/Killer Instinct. Jabari should easily be the #1 pick.

  • @MrJeckel

    jabari? We don't even know what position he's going to play at the next level yet he should easily be the #1 pick? Can't defend, has ballooned to 255 pounds with 11% body fat (as of last friday), isn't athletic and won't be able to defend 3s or 4s. Do you know who that sounds like? oh yeah... their 1st overall pick last yr (anthony bennett). not saying jabari will be a bust but why would the cavs pick another tweener that can't defend? The cavs already have a few of those players on the roster. No point of adding another one.

  • @theLupeXperience

    @theLupeXperience

    MrJeckel sounds very much like Carmelo Anthony coming out of Syracuse. Anthony Bennet was a reach at #1 everyone knew that. Jabari has been a star since high school, going to DUKE and doing the same. he has way more game than any one in the draft. He has the skill now and the potential moving forward. He doesn't take lots of dribbles to put the ball in the hole, he's a pure instinctive scorer. He has shown that he can cast his shadow on a team and carry them. Cleveland doesnt need to whiff again by drafting 'potential.'

    theLupeXperience Actually... Carmelo anthony at syracuse already had an on point nba style iso perimeter game (jabari has a good iso game but is slow which means that it will be thwarted much easier in the nba), a quick first step, wasn't super overweight and was a better athlete than jabari is right now. Carmelo was 6'8 220 pounds coming out of syracuse. Jabari parker by latest reports is 6'8 255 and it isn't solid muscle mass either... 11% body fat Carmelo was a much better prospect than jabari as melo was nimble enough as a college player to where he could easily get separation at the next level. Jabari looked slow last year against college players. What do you think will happen in the nba? I'm not saying he'll go bust but his athleticism will hamper him (slow first step, slow jump, not nimble) What the cavs actually need is a 2 way player in their starting lineup (which is what wiggins is). They have scorers already. they have irving, waiters, bennett off the bench (all who were scorers in college). They need someone that could play defense and have the potential to be an elite player as their defense was AWFUL last year... Jabari isn't that player.

    Do you people realize how easy it is to work on your handle??? It's something you can easily do on your own all you need is a damn ball. Heck I dribble the ball around my house (inside and oustside) all the time. College has shown him that his handle is a weakness he needs to work on, but it's not something you need to worry about

    Anyone notice his dribbles are mostly done on his right hand? It seems evident to me that he relies heavily on his right hand to make effective dribbles.
