Didn't force to do anything, just stayed at the appartement because I wasn't feeling good. Still got my 65th cold shower this morning, but didn't hit the gym nor the climbing sesh but this video woke me up. A word of advice: don’t take cold showers when your sick. When you are sick, you should only be focused on recovering so you can get back to working and and stuff. I’m just like you, I take cold showers evry day, but i stop when I’m sick bc it’s bad for sickness and hot showers are great for sickness. Anyways, keep up the grind!

Now, he and his brother have shown their resilience to an attack designed to break them. feel proud if you stood by them

This guy changed my life. Was out of shape, lost 30lbs and exercise every day. Changed my view on how to attract women and its working better for me. Quit my job as of last month and I'm now making 2k a month working my way up.

This man could’ve disappeared with his money, but now he is in jail for continuing to speak against the agenda and he refused to stop. He spoke to everyone of us, I love this man but never met him, I’m in the best shape I have ever been in, I’m studying daily, I stopped all the bad habits, I’m working daily on my self, I listen to this guy daily, I really do admire him. For all the young men who admire him, we have a duty to this guy we need to work on ourselves and grow up to be good strong masculine men and say his name out loud Emory Andrew Tate. This is the least what we could do to give him back of what he did to us.

Since you haven’t been paying attention, let me put you on game… they are HOLDING the Tate brothers so that they can gather all the “evidence” they need, to prosecute him. ONCE they have valid evidence, the case will go into motion. They hold him 30 days at a time, while the prosecuting lawyer has to gather the evidence to start the case… they extended the 30 day hold 2 times! He is now being held for almost 90 days! Why is he being held so long and why is the case not going into motion??? I’ll tell you why! BECAUSE they cannot gather ANY evidence against him proving ANY of the charges against him! They cannot find not one woman who has a legit story of her being kidnapped, held against her will, or sexually trafficked.. the ONLY 2 or 3 woman that stepped up to talk where FOUND TO BE LYING! The government is corrupt JUST as Andrew state ALWAYS SAYS! We are watching it LIVE! Out stupid ass government and the elite powers ABOVE the government, are clearly holding Tate against his will with LIES that they cannot even prove! They have had 60+ days, going on 90 days to provide this evidence and they cannot! For the average intelligent person, who can put two and two together and SEE how much of a JOKE the Powers That Be are! They are clearly holding an innocent man against his will in jail! And for the sleeping sheep such as yourself… you will ALL SEE. YOU WILL ALL SEE WHEN HE IS RELEASED, FREE, FREE OF ALL CHARGES!! Fu*kin dummy…

Its crazy because months ago, I used to think Andrew Tate was this really misoginistic terrible bad person because of what the internet spreads. But when I actually took the time to watch him for my self in full context I realized this man was wrongfuly taken out of context and they used that as a weapon against him to paint him as something he is not which is not fair at all. When I watched his podcasts, I realized this and I also realize that he is an extremely inspirational and a positive force for the world. He is not a misoginist at all. It's so Sad to me how they really paint this amazing guy as a villian when hes been such a positive force for the world. Its just not fair at all.
