The fact that Andrew idolizes Patrice O'Neal actually helps to contextualize a lot of his behavior. He tries to be the center of the room like Patrice, tries to expose people for being fake like Patrice, tries to sound profound like Patrice, without having any of the charm, intelligence, or authenticity Patrice had.

@@kb5509 He would actually be much more. Just look at how popular idiot Andrew Tate is. Without even trying, Patrice did much more for young men while being more profound and insightful about it, but was also righteous to the women at the same time. And on top of it he was one of the funniest mofos around. He would be a mix of Tate and Rogan but unlike them, still real. RIP legend

Yeah, I always thought that Andrew Shulz was annoying and not funny and cringe, but after he was pushing an addictive substance on someone with an addictive personality when they kept politely declining, I think he is a total scumbag. I hope Redbar digs deep on Shulz and finds all the illegal shit he is doing, because someone that would pressure and straight up try to manipulate an addict to take an addictive substance for the better part of an entire minute is not the kind of person that leads a clean life. I would bet money that he is sexting underage girls or selling fentanyl or something incredibly immoral and illegal. I couldn't even believe what I was hearing: "Just try it. Put it in your mouth and then take it right out, you aren't gonna even feel it. You won't get addicted". What is the point of taking such a little amount of a drug that you don't feel it? I can't imagine the taste would be amazing. What if the guy immediately loved it and now he has to either get addicted or feel like he is missing out on something for the rest of his life. and he straight up told Shulz that he most certainly WOULD get addicted if he tried it, and Shulz was STILL pushing it like 10 times after that. Someone should pressure Shulz into doing just a little fentanyl. "Just try it Andrew. It's such a little amount you will barely feel it. You won't get addicted." Seriously, fuck that guy. He's not even funny. I don't understand why he gets so many views. He reminds me a lot of Whitney Cummings. She had 1 decent special early on in her career and somehow that was enough to fuel her fame for years. Did Shulz have a good first special or something, or did he just happen to be friend with comedians and was able to leach onto their fame like Brendan Schaub? Someone please tell me because I don't get it.

I am in my mid 30's, so I tend to gravitate around people that age. But its like these older content creators are so dead set on pandering to people half their age, that its against their interest to ever grow up. But it is wild my 15 year old son is entertained by people my age, that I just can't relate to in any way. The worst is those grown adult streamers/content creators who purposely emotionally pander parasocial relationships with people half their age. It's so unhealthy and simply strange.

Theo wasn't always that way, but he at least realized it and changed. He used to always interupt as well, but in the past couple years he really improved a lot. So it shows he is at least introspective anough to know when he needs to change. I think going through recovery and legit working on himself did wonders as well. But Theo also has this natural wit that Andrew simply doesn't have. And Theo has mastered the way he uses that wit. Theo runs circles around every comic in Joe's "orbit", unless we count Burr, than I would say Burr and Theo are FAR and above all the rest.

They are the type of people who got a warped sense of reality because of the internet. I see this pattern more and more often and it's actually cringe to see how much they overestimate themselves. Even ordindary people start to feel like they are experts on every subject just because they put their opinion online and have likeminded people applauding them. It's so awful to see real artists (comedy. music, film etc.) colliding with those internet personalities. I know that Schluz also does or did live shows but his "fame" came mainly through the internet and that also mainly during the pandemic. In the beginning I thought he had potential but then he never developped further but started to think he is a legendary comedian or something. It's because that's how his target demographic speaks, which is to say children and young adults. That's why he behaves and speaks the way he does... Loud, obnoxious, brash, interrupts, code switching, is always right. Those type of behaviors for whatever reason inherently entertains the iPad kids generation. Look at all the mega successful content creators that appeal to a similar demographic, xqc, kai, and almost every other one behaves in a very similar manner.
