I mean, some people would be like "just shave it off bro" and that would be a clean look sure. But I'm guessing he doesn't care for the shaved look, likes having hair to style.. albeit what's left of it. Not that it looks better than being shaved, imo. It would work on me too, however.. those polarising bets, they either got a huge hand or nothing. If he had bet like half or a third pot, seems more like a value bet, at least an ace but probably 2 pair, set, maybe rivered flush. So betting an even 100k with 2 bricks of cash (more intimidation?), it just feels like a bluff sometimes.. so an opponent may just be like F it, call. Once in a while at least.

That, and just the even amount of 100k exactly... too polarising. Would he really want to scare him off with a rivered flush? Yes, there is another factor of looking bluffy so he'll call when he has it, just not this particular time.

Great play by Robl that didn't work. I think Brandon picked up on a tell though, the few loose hairs at the front of Robl's head stand up and move to the left when he is bluffing.
