Robl's not putting out an 80k blocker bet with a better flush. The only flush draws that would make sense that I could see check raising the turn would be Q,9 or 9,7. You have to put Robl all in with the 5 high flush.

Santhosh missed an all in on the river. He wasnt getting the right odds to call the turn unless he factored in that all in so it was a beautiful block bet by Robl.

Santosh had 1.86:1 on the turn so he needed 35%, he had 30% equity so it was very close and he only needed to make a tiny bit more on the river to make it profitable. As for an all in on the river, does Robl ever call with a worse hand than a tiny flush? I highly doubt it, I think he'd fold all sets & straights and only call w/ a higher flush

@@LMW87MMA Santosh called 1.45: 1 when he needed at minimum 2.33:1. That call is only profitable if he hits and wins another $145k. He was short by $65k...that call will lose him money over the long run if he's not maximizing profit on the river when he hits.

Any actual pro would’ve raised the river after that flush comes in. Robl would have likely shoved or bet way more than $80k with a flush and with the massive turn check-raise, it was pretty obvious Robl had like 2 prs or a set.
