Stephen Colbert took over as host of The Late Show on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015. Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and best known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Prior to joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed “The Colbert Report,” which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one third of the time. Good luck, Bill!"

@@jamesmallone in his memoir, he mentions how he mainly did those jobs for the money as a struggling actor. He didn't really like pokemon live and found the pokemon show pretty stupid. He also didn't like the portrayal of gay people in the character of James and didn't enjoy playing it much

+Carla Lussini Not a stand-in. Rannells joined the cast for a full month (Oct 27-Nov 29 2015), while Groff was filming the finale of "Looking" - I happened to see the November 5. The month-long run was planned in advance, so they printed Playbills listing him as King George; they didn't treat him like an understudy, because he wasn't one.

He reminds me so much of my friend who i was inseperable from a few years ago. He was constantly hilarious. SO charming. Before he went back to new york, he came to my wedding and he was the life of the party with my new mormon in-laws. They loved him. All of them. He told all of them he slept with me (True). I still miss him, but life has fewer hangovers and unaccounted for loss of cash on hand in the morning. Im told we had some awesome fun times.
