I'm curious to know why Virgil Hunter is walking him around the ring. Is it a way to practice his footwork as well? Is that a gameplan for Edwin?? Or is that just how he holds mitts?

It is to work on his footwork it is not really a game plan. It helps so that you understand where you are at in the ring and where you can move to and catch a fighter at different angles. It also works on your ring generalship and overall stamina to keep up a certain pace in the fight when you have to use your legs.

FightStrategistMMA No problem. He often does it with no mitts and just walks him down. He has clips where he does it with Amir Khan as well.

Virgil constantly does it with his fighters so that the fighter is constantly aware of their position as its constantly changing in a real fight andre has to change with it to maintain his range etc and this also maintains his fight style of always being only a single step away from making a punch as is here on the mitts

Does ANYONE know which gloves Ward is using in this video??? I've tried so hard to find them but I can't. They must be custom made or something.

kevin anderson he definitely needs a worthy opponent, maybe froch again, maybe GGG at some stage but we need to see him pushed to see his full potential
