André Luiz Leite Galvão is a Brazilian Jiu JItsu Black Belt under Luis Dagmar. He also trained for quite a while with Fernando Terere. He is a 5 time IBJJF World Champion. Andre, sometime refered to as "Deco", is and ADCC World champion and 3 time ADCC Superfight Winner. Andre Galvao is known for being one of the greatest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Athletes of all time. Andre Galvao is a well rounded Jiu Jitsu competitor with good judo, great closed guard, superb guard passing, and specialises in back control. He will often sweep his opponen, pass their guard, take their back, and choke them out. He also uses his kimura trap to take the back as well. Another thing I noticed is a closed guard sweep that takes him into mount that comes out a few times in this video. There is a lot to learn from Andre Galvao. @@achrafsaberbjj2690 I got to meet him and spar when I was a blue belt and he wrist locked me. He said he was training 6-8 hours per day at the time. Super nice guy also
