Marxism/Communism and Democracy is a contradiction. Democracy implies freedom. The freedom of choice, freedom of speech, freedom of association etc. Julius Malema tried to illustrate how successful countries like Cuba, North Korea and Vietnam are under "Socialist" rule. Reparations in any case are paid by government. Apartheid reparations must be paid by South African government. TRC in fact recommended reparations to apartheid victims. SA government has not paid in full. If they need reparations beyond what TRC recommended then they must approach South African government. SA government is the same institution that caused apartheid also.

The issue is that capital will attempt to protect itself even at the detriment of the global masses. This goes beyond our country. Many "poor" white people live the life of an "average working middle class" black person. Do you think many white people would survive in a township? This is what the policies aim to reform however such grand policies need benevolent leaders and we do not have such.

my problem is that white guys keep on running away from the fact that they illegally dispossessed the blacks and their land. In the first place on what did the white people establish what they obtain today? is it on a legitimately acquired land or on stolen land? Did they dispossess blacks of the land or not? My point is that yes they worked hard to establish businesses they have but what they say they have established was established on a stolen property. Its like a thief breaking into one's house and claim to have worked hard to have brought in his/her belongings into the property that he is not entitled to. So they work hard onto the land that they stole.

I don't understand why White people only believe they can relate to black people through the ANC that they decided to support instead of the PAC strange. Personally I don't have a problem with Afrikaners or British people. I just don't understand why it's difficult for them to co-exist without the need for a sense of superiority over others. I mean I'm Zulu my ancestors had a superior attitude towards other non Zulu but we have made a conscious decision and an effort to reconcile with everyone. My ancestors did horrible things but we have decided on a different path.

The reason for the failure is that the black farmcworker is not a manager. We need to build managers out of the people who receive these lands before we even give this land back to the people . He says whites must pay extr 43:14 a for property so that the peoplevin Alwx can live better lives. Property in those areas sell for a small percentage of what whites pay. You could probably jot find a stand in a predominantly whitecare for under R500 00 but stands in areas deemed black neighbourhoods sell standa for under R100 000 and many stands are handed out free. White people have to pay rates and taxes, massive levies, water, seweage, waste removal, vat, income tax, massive school fees, electricity. This tiny segment of the population is expected to carry 96% of the population and the % keeps growing. Compare the school finishing rate, birth rate between the various races and you might be surprised to see that its not the white community that holds most of the purse strings. White children are workings for their parents becos they are excluded in the job market. Please start thinking how blacks can help themsrlves that is the only way to get out of poverty.

The problem is those pesky bits and bytes on disk drives in banks around the world that can move at the speed of light to where they are treated best . Unless you understand their propensity to seek out where they are treated best , you cant begin to position yourself as a beneficiary of their movements.

Andile has a wish that will never be fullfilled. This need for land is not going to happen at least in the next 100 years. For starters the issue is not about land but a citizenry not geared for progress. It boils down to culture and you find the majority of SA are not in that frame of mind. Ordinary citizens are not willing to sacrifice their time and a few rands a month to work toewards a specific goal. It all boils down to priorities and the popular culture is around instant gratification, booze and a good time. We can blame apartheid for this general apathy, bantu education annd all the rest of it, but at the end of the day the culture has to change or someone has to change this thing of people prioritising booze and a nice time at the expense of self improvement. I myself am not immune from thissituation as I am not educated, I didnt work hard and I am today unemployed or am rather informally employed and earn peanuts. I cant buy drinks for potential girlfriends due to my past laziness and decisions that were based on laziness and a victim mentality

I saved a business where the Shareholders were going to close it down 13 years ago, it’s still alive Buddy. I used my pension and loans to do so it, still employs 20 people and I have established another outsourcing business from the UK which employs 27 and mainly not white ie 82%. It’s too small for government subsidies because they favour big business, so I went it alone and that has been running for two years.What have you done? How many jobs have you created?

Mr Mngxitama, l have to be honest with you brother. What you are advocating is not practical and therefore will never materialize. I admire your vision, however, it is pie in the sky, unfortunately, some of our people listen to guys like you and the Red Brigade and are hoodwinked into believing that somehow you are capable of bringing about real and meaningful change to their lives. Well, the truth is you do not have the answers. You guys are very adept at pointing to all the problems, but with respect, your solutions are fanciful.

It’s simple. They say what they say for votes. Maybe they even believe some of it, maybe not. But all they care about is enough votes for a seat in Parliament. That’s the jackpot. Using their naive voters to advance their own personal goals.

The host of the show should of gotten another person to be the interviewer and he must also be a guest. He interrupts, asks questions and don't give you time to answer. Andile was too patient with him in my view

Black people need to look inwards before crying victim. I watch their young males being sent to circumcision schools as decent respectful youngsters with a dream and countless returning as abusers of all sorts from women to substance. They won't even talk of their experiences. Society then has to beat them into some sort of functionality if they are still able to function to have them holding down a job by the age of 30. Please let's bring this into the light and stop walking on eggs around culture that creates systematic poverty and is taboo blaming everything but not looking at its self and its own flaws.

When a Black government tries the same for Black people so they can catch up you send your dogs like the Helen Suzman Foundation to challenge those programs in courts than you say we playing victim. I don't understand when a white person comes on the farm and he be coming the owner and he found black people on the that farm you were born on that farm and the next thing he comes back and telling us to leave because his farm and my family we buried there and my father worked on that farm so now I don't understand why we have to go where that's the question

Because that's the way the world works in real life, property gets bought and sold, nobody gets property for free in this world, everyone has to work for what they want, why did your family not buy that property? When you work somewhere you don't own those premises, your boss owns it, you don't get to live there forever, unless you buy it...

So you were ghosted by your bureaucrats, is what you´re saying? Saying "the white man came", you guys need to see who keeps pushing rhetoric, and whether they are the ones who will drive you into the ground, opnce aall wealth dissappears. Surely, you do not think tat peaople anywhere, Africa or other, are any different, so why do Warlord Dictators do what they do, and how they manage to do it? They do not have your backs, and when they do, goo change stands on the minutes of day to day! Picking up thrash with your friends, while you rejuvenate your connections, knowing you work for it, knowing your asses are covered, it will spread to the rest. Do not pretend that being priviliged, having phones, using foreign products, as your facilities falter, means you are being opressed. Surely you had enough time to muster your own people, that is not a thing you couldn´t do, it transforms communities, all people need is themselves, but you need to have your own back, and be critical of those hating without DOING WORK, Then the the whole becomes a "non-thing", legally(!), just like that. Surely, even if the farm was yours, you need to be honest, if it was as productive as when someone else(anyone), came in. Expertise and machinery brings prosperity and money to all, you just need not hate. Even then, you could still talk with them, became one of them, if not you had read and heeded the signs to form a LEGALLY POWERFUL, PEACEFUL movement, that would stamp out the actually sadistic and aloof to suffering MINORITY of foreigners that had actually slighted SOME OF you. IDK what you think, but people are the SAME EVERYWHERE. There is no racism without fear mongering, it cannot survive if you do not feed it. If you are not confident and content with being HUMAN yourself, and seek solace in picking apart your own thinking and old slights by only talking to echo chambers, listening to those among you who are not brave, but hateful and ENABLED(BY YOU), you won´t get anywhere. The SYSTEMIC racism that is pushed, doesn´t exist anywhere in the world. There exist the possibilities of POOLING unrecognized uncertainties and differences, into an explosive "cleanse", where both parties lose their touch with their ability to advance their humanity, critically, that includes every individuals approach to themselves, and what it means to BE HUMAN, by default, not black, bantu, eskimo, whatever(!). Just be honest you feel unsure, and be honest you are sad, that is no crime, but don´t seek "cocksure" dictators, thinking the lies they feed you is a result of real hateful friction, between them as your representatives, and "the white man". That is just assuming, and leving things to be "because I thought it was sensible", ie. "I thought it was that black and white/easy". Moist whites let go of their involvement due to being pushed out, then but the wave of blaming and taking never ends, always at fault(!). See the leaders, if they are the fathers and uncles you would want, and not the loud violent ones. Should the Africans actually pushed illegally as written by law, or legally, get into the things critically, they would already have solid, unasssailable to propaganda, self-sufficient, un-whining members. There are no handouts to get, even white people struggle, and make compromises, wherever they are, or wherever they come from, it is the default of being civilized and willing to work when finding common ground. That cannot be done, when black leaders massage masses with "advances" in policy, and prop up "black unity", while they steal from ALL, and the blacks do not have enough self reflection as a UNIT(I KNOW YOU ARE CAPABLE, people know!), not enough reflection, to be like, I am not really "HAND TO HAND OPRESSED", don´t live in a MOVIE. "let me take a stroll and ask something, say something.." Then they would see, that it is an echo chamber of insecure slaves, slaves to their LEADERS, putting all their worth they cannot even see or make sense of, into the hands of those who do not mind plundering all there is "like good businessmen". They don´t give a fuck. I know people are on the fence even then, but you need to act on it, when you see that you are doing nothing right now, go out, make ask a man, look at how those right next to you live, make friends, ask your own, do a bit. Have your own back as NEIGHBOURS! Then you will see the politics for the circus IT IS!

@@gbone7581 ok, so, how do you suggest we resolve this issue? We should all give the land (which I don't own anyway) back to the Khoi and San peoples? This is all the peoples of South Africa - not only the White people. Not entirely sure how this is going to work. We all need to move away? And only the Khoi and San people live here?
