That sink - bathroom set-up is genius!
This guy must be a mechanical engineer. I love the modular style of everything. Everything slides into another position to transform into something else. They've really maximized the use of every little nook and cranny very effectively. Awesome build. 👏👏
So many cool engineering feats in this van, I loved them! The sliding countertop, spring loaded casters, salad laundry spinner, Coroplast used on walls, genius! It was most enjoyable to watch.
Love the use of coroplast, can’t beat the weight, cost and ease of cleaning. Smart use of material.
The engineering is incredible...so awesome.
I love the fridge & counter, what a cool setup! Thank you for sharing!
I like the fiberglass roof. The sliding countertop is wonderful. I went back to see the first video, good updates.
I love her so much! Commercial salad spinner for clothes wringing! That's so great!

LOVE the cruise control!!! Lots of other great ideas too. Thanks for sharing
Wow, amazing. What a creative built filled with amazing ideas.
There are some brilliant ideas here. The bicycle downshifter cruise control is a million dollar idea :)

It's not a cruise control, it's a throttle lock. Also aptly known as the dead-man's lock. And...it's illegal. And, if he ever gets in an accident while the vehicle is moving, an insurance adjuster will automatically deny his claim. But it is handy! I use throttle locks on my motorcycles. Don't think I would risk it on a car though.

Oops...🥴
That is the finest wood stove install I have seen. The attention to detail on this rig is amazing. Many innovative ideas...the fridge-under-counter design is so good I intend to install mine this way. Many thanks to Andi, Dorthy and Seven!

Loved your laundry idea with the commercial salad spinner. What a great idea.
Nice stepvan,kool ppl thank you for sharing
"Andy said I talk too much"- lol, and so it begins.... Many creative ideas I plan to utilize in my 16'ft cab-over, all-aluminum box. Thnx.

Can't decide if that was my favorite, or the spring loaded casters.
A very ingenious build. Thx Seven.
My favorite part is the European sensibility. Congratulations, you are the first one to do a lot of things I would do, especially the refrigerator. Everyone thinks it should slide out, so it's in the way, you have to bend over and it takes twice the space. I would have hinged the lid, your idea is better.
@kateburk2168
3 жыл бұрын
I agree that sliding counter eliminates the need to clear a hinged top to open it! which is why my jaw dropped!
Great video missed the opportunity to meet up in Phoenix maybe next year again thanks RV Davy.
Love your cruise control!

Awesome home .. thanks for sharing 🤗
These guys did a great job
Andi has amazing skills.
Amazing build!
Nice work!
I actually really like the clean industrial look they have going on. The sliding countertop blew my mind. I love the fridge solution. The commercial salad spinner is a great 'hack' as a dryer. The translucent ceiling may just be my favourite part. Light in a stepvan is really important, something I'm currently struggling with. Who knew fiberglass had this hidden feature?!

yo - 7. another neat one. i got 2 or 3 ideas just from this one. thanks.
Love the sprayer shower the laundry spinner and alcohol burner. I really I love everything but those seemed so inexpensive. I a saving this for ideas. I have to find a way to cover everything I dont want to see everything. It will have to feel like home. Smart the cooking video.
Nice build, thanks for sharing....
Awesome couple! 🚐

it is great to see other builds evolve over time. Andi has some amazing skills
Need to point them to the telescoping ladders for the space savings they provide. If he is that good with building systems suggest a linear actuator on the solar panels to be able to put up and take down at the press of a button.

I believe one theme of this couple is minimalism. It is not whether you can, rather the real question is... if you should.
European humor and ingenuity! (When we are on the road, my husband says I sleep too much! And he wants to talk! Different strokes for different folks!)

I love the privacy shade!
The last Vid shot, your shadow covered Andi’s face, a move of the camera 15deg to the left (cameras view) would have giving all a full facial exposure, just a heads up. Shalom!
Hello. Love the videos. Can you give me the link to Andi's Dometic 1600 Marine Alcohol Stove and the commercial sprayer used for the shower ? It would be perfect for what I'm doing. It would really be appreciated. Thanks.
very organized …
Countertop/fridge is great
very nice Ride . can I ask where you got your stove
Is it true you only do reviews on step vans if so I think that’s pretty cool how do you specialize on them got two of them just haven’t decided what to do with them yet it’s nice that they’re square that’s for sure
The light is nice but, how much heat gain do you get through that roof in the southwest?
Nice build, not so sure about that cruise control he rigged up.

cruise is almost identical to standard systems except it doesn't speed up for hills. it does release when you tap the breaks
@bob_atwestmi_fl_us7812
5 жыл бұрын
@@SevenWanderstheWorld Yes that why I made the comment. If it releases when you hit the brakes that's the big safety issue. It just looked totally mechanical and looked like it might not do that.. That's pretty cool that he was able to science that all out on his own and make it work.
Very nice! Do you know if they used regular drawer slides for the countertop?
@SevenWanderstheWorld

I only saw the roller caster wheels. perhaps Andi can answer that for you
@geraldhenrickson7472

I believe they were 3-section utility slides but any slide with a long enough travel should work well.
C Head is the best thing you could buy in America !!!
Could you ask him where he got the spring loaded casters, thank you.
