I applaud Anderson Cooper for making more of his life than being Gloria Vanderbilt’s son which few famous people’s children have been able to detach that relative from their career it’s quite impressive

I remember when he first started on CNN, and had no idea who he was, of course. The only thing, well first thing really, was what a "poker face" he had! So excellent for someone reporting the news, you couldn't read any of his feelings, or reactions. That's how it should be.

Gloria's grandmother had spanish blood, in a movie made in 1992, her grandmother and mother go to Chile to see her because she was ill.

I had no idea that LIZ GARBUS directed the documentary. Her dad was a top neighborhood photographer in my NW Bronx Amalgamated Houses. terrific.

Many boys seem to be mommie boys. However, the gay men I have known during my life were all extremely attached to their mother. I think you have to analyze this for yourself or with good help from a professional who has expertise in this area, but only if it bothers you too much.

For God's sake, this son (who actually the 3rd of her three sons, not the oldest) was 23 years old when he committed suicide--not three years old. Certainly, any person of that age is not expected to have to be "under the watch" of his parents! It could happen to you as a parent, too! Would you like us to hold you responsible for that?? Stop talking bad against the dead--if you have nothing positive to say in this case, then say NOTHING at all! 😡😡😡 May Gloria Vanderbilt rest in peace. 😇
