Do you believe your friend wants to know how you walk? I don't think so.
In today's lesson, you'll learn that 'ANDAR', besides conveying movement, is also an auxiliary verb in Portuguese. And as an auxiliary verb, it is an alternative to 'Pretérito Perfeito Composto', as you will see in this lesson.

Uma lição muito boa e prática. Isso não é ensinado em livros gramaticais... Andar pode tbm substituir ter em outras construções verbais como... tinha comido.... tenho sido feito.... tivesse esquecido...???
Na minha lingua nativa, Malaio, “anda” significa “você”. É uma palavra formal.

Oi Bea! 1. A construção vir + gerúndio tem o mesmo sentido? Por exemplo "Eu venho estudando português desde 2000". 2. Depois também existe a construção ir/ia + gerúndio. Também significa o mesmo? Talvez às vezes mas no seguinte exemplo eu acho que não: "Vocês já podem ir indo" 3. Também já ouvi alguém usar andar/vir no passado: O quê você andava(andou?) fazendo ultimamente?
