its mostly spamming runic attacks, enemies barely get stunned so you hear the same stupid slowmo block attack then parry, quick turn has been made hard to accses and it was so useful for combos and crowd control (they could have made the spear the up arrow and still kept it the same) enemies have alot of attacks that you cant stop. and they have a fuck ton more health as (Diffculty). and all enemies now are like the revereant in the 2018 they are just annoying. also the shield double tab makes you choose between getting hit by a yellow or red attack or the blue attack sometimes when there are lot of enemies. also some enemies are just unstunable and uncomboable so you have to dodge alot and get a few hits in. edit : also they removed alot of the bare handed attacks which runied alot of really fucking cool combos and that move you see in the vid. why i really dont know @@naughtygirl6505

@@naughtygirl6505probably talking about shield combat, like the dodging + light attack move. Ragnarok’s combat would be so much enjoyable if it had the full shield skill tree, still really enjoyable as it is tho. The switching stance attacks for the blades are op asf in the 2018 game.

@@S1L3NTBUTCH3R i wrote a long comment but youtube decided nahh so il just say this. Ragnarok combat is just spamming runic attacks from each weapon and by the time you finished all the timers you can go back to the first runic attack you used and repeat. Its not fun at all

Ragnarok was a downgrade.

I’ve been able to get insanely brutal and vicious kills. Use the onslaught shield. Speeds up combat and throws off a lot of enemy attacks

Ragnorok only seems worse because Kratos and whatever attack was weaker. It was explained in game that all magic seemed weaker due to Fimbulwinter.
