He's a famous Japanese pop music composer, of mostly Vocaloid music!! He's done popular songs like Rolling Girl, and he does mostly music with dark themes.

The composer for this song is Wowaka. He is a Vocaloid producer who has made many other songs with a similar sound. He also is in the band Hitorie where he wrote the majority of the songs.
