I read this comment and envisioned someone having a framed picture of Madokami on their bedside table. Which is probably not what you actually do but it's still a funny thing to think about.

@@Asehpe I think like how Homura split the part of Madoka that she knew away from the concept, Madoka will find that part of Homura and save her. In Rebellion, Homura even tried to kill that part of herself, but Madoka came to fight for her and that part lived in the end. If Madoka can be split, so can Homura, so I think there’s hope

Nope, he's right, at the end it's clearly known that Madoka turned into a goddess (Madoka-kami, -kami is a japanese suffix for saying a name of god/goddess)

@@sakuraplease5246 the defining feature of madokami is that she doesn't exist and cannot be known nor felt But thanks to homura. We now can know about and love her

It just makes me so sad. She gave her life away to help everyone. I just can't help but imagine her with her friends, but I know it wouldn't have worked out that way. I wait for the day I can do something of worth, I so look up to Madoka. Yeah you could say "it's just a character" but this character touched me in a way I can't believe. She's the first thing I think of and the last thing I think of.

But many people I know refuses to see it because it is "depressing and scary", they don't know there is hope at the end! The hope makes this anime much more important to me than any other anime because this anime acknowledges there is darkness and depression in this world but there is also light and hope!

The world has forgotten her... but I haven't. Until my dying breath, I will never forget you Madoka Kaname.

Then how come the darkness that I used to separate you from your friends didn't work? Kirby: It because of one thing... in each and every one of their hearts was hope. Farren: A power stronger than anything you can imagine, you can seek it out or you can forever be alone. Sephiroth: There will... ALWAYS... be hope in the world. So powerful I can't erase it? Kirby: Yes, everyone I've come across from a man-eating plant to a man who never got the acceptance he deserved. The power of hope is stronger than you think it is. It's as strong as steel. Farren: I guess you know that by now right? Sephiroth: My duty was to bring despair to Smash but I was outdone...(sigh) I guess I gotta leave and get ready for a match in say 2 months. ThaoKristopher Madoka Rebellion confirmed that she does get lonely as Madokami. Plus, the first ending song of Madoka Magica did that, too. If you just look at the lyrics, it reveals a lot...

***** Madoka did remembers everything. Remember what she said in episode 12 before she went with the others. Enlightened Madoka told Homura that after that point, she can always see what is and what will be. That means she had to have some kind of foresight (clairvoyance even?) on what would happen to Homura.

W-Where is this beautiful ost played?!?! Oh my god, I had shivers the entire time. Especially at the choir part. I know this soundtrack is l o a d e d with symbolism, especially religious themes. But, I'm disappointed in myself because I'm not well versed in to the topic of religion ;w;

I don't blame you as I can't stay away from here either. This anime is on it's own plane of special. One of my first ever animes and man what a ride. Homura...such a loyal to death friend for Madoka. This show does things to me but I'll love it always. ❤️
