Original Beatles fan here. This has been my favourite Beatles track since 1964. Simple and beautiful . Your cover pays tribute to the original. I think Paul M would approve !

I love the fact that you performed your version at the same tempo as the original and expressed the right amount of emotion and range. Too many covers today are sung so slow and with so many vocal gymnastics that it kills the song

Agreed, listening to the lyrics I heard words that I have not heard so clearly before.

This song was released a month after I turned 20. That's 58 years ago. Its beauty and this interpretation are impeccable. Millennial things.

With your amazingly beautiful voice, I don't think Paul will mind one bit and it is a wonderful twist of a Beatles classic which makes it personal, I have run out of superlatives on how good you are. A big smile comes to my face every time I see you have a new song.

Nice comment Brad! It's true what you say in how Emily seems to put that little extra into The Beatles covers! A line in the lyrics to this song are; ♫ "Bright are the stars that shine"♪; and that's what Emily does! *She's a star talent!* ⭐ What a wonderful gesture to dedicate this song to her Mum! 🤗💕 It makes it even more special. Incidentally, this rendition is the best cover I've ever heard of this song! It's magical! ✨

Actually, I believe her covers are better than the originals 99% of the time! She is just an amazing artist. Not only is the tone of her voice better than the originals, at least to my ear (and heart,) but the creative way she always changes them to make them her own, always moves me, (usually to tears,) because it’s so beautiful.
