@@MrMattyPlays 7:34 you should definitely check out more dragon quest games. you can't get anymore bread and butter jrpg than DQ. also, like pokemon? play the dragon quest monster side series. you could get a degree in animal husbandry from those games.

I played the first DQB and loved it. I just picked up DQB2 and it's even better. It's one of those games that makes me, at 44, feel like a kid again. It's fun, charming, witty, and packed with loads of content. What a beautiful world to explore. Thanks for sharing your experience and enthusiasm.

Agreed for the last 2 months i have had gamer block and this game cured it Roadhouse

With me working 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week this game has been keeping me sane. I only have like 4 hours or so when im home so this has been PERFECT for me to pick up and play and just have a good time with, im loving this game!

this game is great, cant stop playing it. Its funny too see how diffrent ur place is, its like another base

I actually made the houses backwards for the first village, I used the floors as walls and walls as floors. It’s whatever at least it looks more unique.

I wish the games were on PC too :( I tried asking Square Enix, they said no plans.

i've only seen 1 let's play and this video so i don't know if it'll work but it seems like building upward with many floored buildings using a side staircase like new york fire escapes is the way to go since if build outward then you have much more distance to run when you're under attack. can anyone tell me if this building plan is viable?

Bought DQB1 on my PS Vita. Absolutely loved it. The only reason why I haven't gotten the second one yet is because I know it'll take over my life when I do buy it. Can't wait till I have the time to finally play it though.

@Ja People make it sound wayyy worse than it is, but there are some frame drops. I'm like 80 hours in and it's never been a game breaking issue. It's totally fine on switch. I even think it looks more colorful and vibrant. not to mention the ability to literally play it anywhere..

No review for Dragon Quest 11?

I have no hope that we'll ever see a KH3 review

i platinum the 1st one in 2017, almost have the platinum for DQB 2.

The load issue for me is just chugging when I boot up the game at first, but otherwise, it loads up the saves in roughly 10 to 15 seconds lol not the shortest time yeah, but it's shorter than spider man ps4, probably my favorite spider man game in recent memory lol

I know this is an old post but I need to say after many, many hours in this game. It is one of my all time favorite games. Literally almost the perfect game. I just baught this agian for series X. This game befits using a bit more hardware than the switch.

It's literally everything I wished Minecraft and Animal Crossing were more like. It's got a long campaign whereas Minecraft has none, and it has more interesting citizens than the re-skinned animals of Animal Crossing who all say the same things, and it's just bright, colorful and fun. The only negative about the game is the Khrumbul-Dun chapter. It's really inappropriate and perverted and really made me uncomfortable. And yes, I'm familiar with Dragon Quest. I've played quite a number of them. I know there's a few cheeky, "wink-wink" moments in these games, but none of those other moments ever made me feel uncomfortable. Khrumbul-Dun truly made me feel uncomfortable. I was glad to wash my hands of that chapter and get back to my island.

40 seconds is long.... Ok damn my ADD says yes.

I downloaded the trial on my switch and the tutorial is so long and painful to go through it turned me off from the game

if u want to go to the dragon quest franchise sadly you only have 2 choices. Either play Dragon quest 8 on 3ds or ps2 or Get DQ XI on switch since the switch ver fucked up the pc and PS4 because fuck square. I dont recommend playing any other for various reason. 7 on the 3ds is loooooong......and sooooo boring seriusly 30 HOURS to unlock JOB CHANGING and you can break the game after that
