@@Botoburstumm… dude, you know that Christianity has been around longer and responsible for even more atrocities in history than Islam, right? Religion in general is the biggest cause of death and destruction in the history of mankind. I’m not saying one is better than the other or one is right and the other wrong; both religions have done more horrible, horrible things over the last 2,000 years than anything else.

Hagia Sofia is the center of Roman-Greek civilization. It is made to be felt by inside. Unlike the Parthenon of Athens, it's not the outside view but the feeling when stepping into it.

I create unpredictable circumstances in my art studio in each individual painting. I call it pre-existing conditions. By creating absurd obstacles I have to come up with unusual solutions. This is how I am forced by circumstances to create new technology in art studio, in artwork. Every discovery humanity had made was in “death, or life circumstances”. As they say : -“The need is the mother of invention “ #Bogoslowsky 🦁🤴 .

Catholics and Latins "stole" and raped the city, Turks conquered it. That's why Loukas Notaras famously wrote in a letter "I would rather see a Turkish turban in the midst of the City than the Latin mitre."

Please be accurate, calling them “Byzantine” is a fairly modern invention. These people considered themselves to be Romans and in later centuries Roman-Greek, never Byzantine. And always the continuation of the Roman Empire that collapsed in the west but continued in the east until 1453.
