@@christophermichaelcarpio6910 If you can't anchor into masonry or a wooden stud, or if you're dealing with metal studs, Toggler brand bolts are best in my experience. They're effectively one-handed toggle bolts, but you can't use them on single arm mounts (the mount needs to have a backing plate so you can get at least 4 anchors in.) If it's and articulating mount that comes off of the wall then you can't anchor to sheetrock, you need to make a plywood or equivalent backer that's anchored to atuds, and then anchor the mount to the backer board. *an articulating mount

his drill had a Phillips head mounted and that is obviously not a Phillips head screw he probably didn't notice it didn't have the indent on top until he tried to use it

4th one on drywall is basic that comes with anything you need to hang. As you can see they are the worst, ALWAYS upgrade. Don't use them

Those aren't the best, but it's also possible it was installer error. If the hole is a bit too large it can really degrade holding power.

If you just watch some videos about drill settings, drill bits and screw head sizes and drilling tips you can do it I am sure of it😊

Or just get rid of the drywall all together and use a slat board, a modified French cleat, or hook board wall panel, alot cheaper, lighter, stronger, and a standard shelf bracket is ued you can move a shelf in seconds and no holes in the wall panel, possibly several suppyers but I plan on purchasing from a Canadian company called Trus Core
