Sir,Need suggestion. I am Tarek from Bangladesh. One weak ago,when i was playing football. I got hurt in my knee. Immediately after getting injury, i feel that i couldn't stand properly, Now I can walk and run,but there is a little pain in my knee. Oh, i tried to play football again yesterday, But I couldn't. What should I do?? Still I don't take any medicine. Will my knee come round after some time???
