It's been an honor to have known Khabib Nurmagomedov since 2018 and to have been blessed with the responsibility to share his story with the world. Along that journey, I was able to develop friendships and relationships with his whole team including the legend himself Daniel Cormier, who is one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time. So when I got the call to document them both on their biggest day, words couldn't describe it. I have witness Khabib win his title, travel to dagestan, abu dhabi, Uzbekistan and now inducted into the Hall of Fame. What an honor.

Khabib is such a rare and special human being. I got teary eyed watching this amazing piece. Will always leaves us wanting more and it's just right. Khabib is the GOAT.

Khabib and DC is probably the most unique friendship between two athletes in pro sports. Two guys from different parts of the world, both trained together and helped each other and they both ended up becoming legendary Champs and now both Hall of Famers.

Khabib never lost, never bled, never cheated (like DC), and was never in danger in all 29 of his fights. There is but 1 GOAT, and that's "The Eagle" of Dagestan. There is no argument. We will never see another fighter retire undefeated and unscathed.

there will never be another duo, another partnership, another brotherhood like Khabib and DC ever again in the ufc...and to think they both were inducted into the hall of fame on the same night.
