This was awesome! I'll be honest, I'm pretty lazy, so when I see a 30 minute video I tend to think "Oh boy, this is gonna drag on for a while" but you really got the point and explained the most important things. Looking forward to the next one!
As a certified massage therapist with a *ton* of anatomy training.... this video is *awesome* as an introduction. I've already shared it with friends before I even finished it. Great crash course for artists. You, sir, win all the internets.

Hi Marc, this is Marcos :) Thank you so much for this video. I have been drawing for many years and I am starting now to learn force drawing and anatomy. It is a very tough challenge but your video made it so much better. My only question is in what order are we to watch these videos? I see on this playlist many of them but I wouldn't know, what to watch next. Many thanks !!!!

Please please please don't drop this series
still hope someday you will pick this series up again. to this day, it's the most comprehensive anatomy videos i've found that really resemble the way many anatomy books read. this is genuinely helpful knowledge amidst a sea of misleading content in the art world lol. nevertheless, thank you for this series! all of your other videos are brilliant as well. as a broke full-time student, i truly appreciate you sharing stuff that has actually helped me improve
This is an amazing video, thank you. Been putting this off for years. Time to learn
You might not see this message man, but your videos really have been such a huge part of my life these past few weeks. I got hit on my motorcycle and had to get my leg rebuilt, and I got addicted to morphine. I’ve been two years clean, with absolutely no motivation to do art, that is until I found you. So really thank you so much for videos like this, the effort and the details mean a ton to me.
Perfect I've been stuck for a while now And I thought that going back to the basics would help me a lot

Thank you for this and all of your videos. I'm quickly learning things I've been wanting to learn for years.
Been studying this video like a textbook, pausing every new bone and drawing it out, writing it down, taking notes on what you said. Thank you!
I love that this kinds of videos are free when this kinds of stuff are learned on arts school
This material is gold! I can't wait to start with the anatomy lessons on Art School (still working on figure/gesture drawing and perspective on the first Terms). Thank you very much for all the effort you put on everything
I've been searching a video like this for days. This is incredibly informative and enjoyable to watch thank you
This video was so helpful, like damn, after the part on bones, i did a few studies and in just 2 hours i went from understanding absolutely nothing on the human skeleton to being able to roughly sketch a decent one (though i need much more practice). Thank you so much for this video.
I'm glad that this video exists and I've actually been practicing. Yet, I still find it difficult to draw the torso as a cylinder from different angles. Often times this is a struggle with reference too which to me right now still feels rather daunting.
Thank you very much!!! This is what i was looking for in this entire time!!! Finally someone made a video on it!!!
Just following this as I type! It's sooo helpful, thank you! Just saw and drew till the super detailed part.
My heart just warmed wen the video concluded, weird but actually happens to me all the time wen I've found sth ive been looking for,I don know why I been postponing this video but I'm so GLAD I've watched it.Thank you good sir
I have been looking for videos like this for a long time! Finally, I can really start to understand how to draw properly! Thanks Marc!!
Wow, this is a very well thought out anatomy video! I like how simple it is to follow despite the daunting almost half an hour. This lessens my apprehension on finally learning the whole human body instead of just bits and ends.
Finally I very helpfull , quick, smart video tutorial about anatomy. Thanks a lot ! It’s really what I was searching for!
OMG thank you so much for this video. I've been trying to understand anatomy for the past 20 years and never got it, now I do after a 30 minute video. Really, this changed my vision so much. Thank you a million times. Can't wait to get home and practice.
Thanks for the vid. Loved the simplicity of the method, also making it easier to stylized.
This is amazing. I've just begun drawing on photoshop as a new digital artist with a mouse and this video helped me out practice my shapes and volumes. I love what you have here on your channel it's all amazing.
Thank you for this video, Marc. I have been practicing muscle anatomy and poses with anatomy books and was really lost since there were just so many things I had to memorize and understand. This video really simplified a lot and was easy to understand.
I barely know jack about anatomy, but after watching this and trying it out with a few poses, I'm already seeing great improvement in my work. Even though the muscle segment was simple, it still gave me a lot more than looking at a reference on the web and trying to figure out how they connect and contort at different angles. Thanks a ton Mr. Marc! I'll be sticking with this series for the long haul!
I've been struggling with drawing the torso and the hip area for a long time. But after watching this i got a lot better. This sketching method with very simple shapes seems to work very well for me. I actually understand what I'm drawing, and I can now judge proportions more accurately. Did tweak it just a bit, but I still use the basic shapes for hip and torso. Thanks
Very glad to have you and your channel. I will try to learn anatomy over Christmas break with this
This is the content i am looking for on youtube. Informative, reliable, satisfying and still easy to apply. Great video... I messed up at legs. But despite my premature drawing skills, my sketch looked better than anything i've ever drawn so far.
One of the best anatomy videos I've seen! Thank you :)
This's very helpful. Thank you so much for providing it for free here!
i have been struggling with my torso structure and finally decided to watch this one! (i didn't want to bc it's 30 mins long but i got my notes ready 😅

Probably you know it already... but I really enjoy watching your videos and learn from them. You explain everything so easily and I love that. Instead of studying for my next exams in schools I spent my time watching your videos because I know that this is not a waste of time. I start writing down some notes after watching your videos several times. It is better listening to your stuff than just practicing drawing. Thank you :) keep uploading videos!
