Anarsa is a very famous traditional dish in India. It is known by several names like arsa, arisa, arisalu, adhirasam and lot more. It is made in festivals and weddings specially during Makar sankranti. Friends it is very delicious and healthy traditional dish. I have given some important tips in this video. ~Ingredients~
For 20 Anarsa
Any Arwa rice- 500g
Gud or jaggery- 250g
White sesame or til- 50g
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Water- 4 tbsp or 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Anarsa Arisha Pitha, ek dish bas naam alag alag... Kya aapko pata hai Mam, Maharashtra or Odisha cuisine saare lagbhag similar hai, bas naam alag hai... Jo aapne video mai Odisha old Traditional Rice Sweet banaya, famous hai yahan pe sabse Jada....

माफ करना मैडम लेकिन इसे अनारसा नहीं कहा जा सकता. आप इसे गुड पिठा कह सकते है लेकिन अनारसा नहीं. जो अनारसा हम लोग कई बरसोसे खाते और बनाते आ रहे है वो इससे काफी अलग होता है. पहले तो चावल भिगोके सुखाया जाता है और फिर पिसे हुए चावल के आटेको गुड के साथ मिक्स करके दो तीन दिन तक फर्मेंट किया जाता है. आटा फुल जाने के बाद जब इसे पेडे के आकार में तला जाता है और इसकी कोटिंग तिल कि नही बल्की खसखस कि होती है. जब तलने के बाद इसे तोडकर देखते है तो बाहरसे क्रिस्पी और अंदरसे बिलकुल जालीदार होता है.

Maharashtra me chawal ate ko gud/ shakkar k sath gunth ke 5-6 din tk band dibbe me ferment kiya jata hai .fir usse anarse banaye jate, unme bahut sundar jali padti hai .
