This is well thought out, Mr. Govrernor. Kudos Sir. That's exactly how it is done In Western countries. Governments establish accommodation estates within urban areas to provide appropriate housing for civil servants, including business-owned individuals and corporate investors in the state. It is profitable for income revenue generation and also fosters the security architecture. Security-wise, residents of the homes get documentation from the Housing and Urban Development Commission only and pay rent directly into the authority's account as it handles the supervision and maintenance of the houses. Some residents can also buy and own apartments within the buildings. It is such a lucrative project that willpower income enhancement and development for the state indefinitely. And shall forever be marked into the history of Anambra State as a commendable legacy of the Mr. Solution Governor. May God continue to bless, guide, protect, and grant You more wisdom for many more ideas.

Anambra police is the worst in Nigeria. their work is Yahoo guys if go to CPS Onitsha, that is there work on a daily basis. The primary duty of every governor is to protect life and property, Soludo failed in security, and I hope he knows that and stops listening to people telling him he is doing well in security

Sure Anambra is safer now. Though more work need to be done, but Mr Governor is not doing bad on security. Anambra security network does not Centre on police alone. We have Anambra vigilante and community policing.

My problem is that housing development in the state is too elitist. Most of the estates around the state capital like Ngozika, Rockland etc are too expensive for the ordinary civil servants. I expect government to embark on massive low cost housing projects around the state and allow the civil servants to buy these houses and pay instalmentally. They can even deduct the subsidized costs from their salaries over an extended period of time.

Soludo is doing well but he should stop talking every time as if he is building Anambra from the scratch. It is wrong to say the Anambra judiciary is in shambles before he came into power just because he is adding two more buildings there. Governance is continuing.

My own is soludo pls instruct your commissioner of works to start supervising those rubbish roads the contractors are doing there. They're eating tax payers money without doing a nice work. Very dirty, shabby road construction. Mr. Governor you really need to see all these things yourself not naysay pls. Dualise 33 road to nkwelle cos so much development are ongoing there. You guys should open your eyes and see. I don't know if the commissioner of works and environment are really in this country.
