Though I will give him this, a big fancy house in the middle of a low-rent town owned by a guy who, for what we know the IRS, thinks works as a small company owner. For a career like drug dealing, you do have to keep it more low key
Sandy Shores has an abandoned Yacht Club & Marina, wish you’d mentioned that. Also, pretty sure Trevor also stays in Sandy Shores because he’s still wanted by the authorities. Unlike Michael, he didn’t have an out & had to stay on the run.

Sandy Shores has a Fire Station too, well its not really big, its next to the Sandy Shores Sign and it looks like a Garage but there are firemen spawning and it also says Fire Department
