The recitation is amazing but if you listen to the full recitation he actually started from the 1st level. He recited Surah Tahreem first and then he did Surah Al Haqqah and then finally he did Surah Duha at the end. So he started correct with maqam Bayati. رحمه الله ❤

Exactly Surah Tahrim, beautiful and long maqam Bayati at the beginning. Indeed Shaikh Abdussamed had one of the smoothest and most beautiful intros in to the recitations (in maqam Bayati). May Allah s.w.t. reward him with high place in Jannah.

It is something from the Qira'at. There's a difference of opinion whether to not do it, do it between every surah or to do it between each Surah from after Surah Duha until the end.

Sir this was not the beginning of his recitation It near was near the end of this recitation session. When he came to short surahs.

Sorry you know nothing about this recitation in Pakistan. He never started with this pitch This is not the beginning of recitation . The recitation started with surah Tahreem , Then Alhaqqah and then this surah which is the last part of recitation. Please first listen the whole recitation and then analyze.

You really need to tell us what's going on with his hands wiping his face continually. It's very disturbing.

Clearly you have no idea about this style of recitation , hand gesture occurs when reciting with a high pitch , especially to elongate the breathing technique. Please think before you open your mouth.
