He only talks about his own strategy. Maybe he doesn't believe in Cost Averaging Strategy, but it works. He should make a debate between Adam Khoo.

I think he is telling the truth on the state of PSE. 2018 Dow Jones was 23 K and now it is 33K. That is 43%. PSE was 9800 and now 6039. A drop of 38%. PSEI is at par with NASDAQ before and now NASDAQ is double the PSE index. Transaction cost is one of the highest (sales tax at 0.6%). Pushing on short selling and we might not be ready - maybe squeezing more money from transaction.

It would be nice to see this guy have a dialogue with April Lee Tan.

He is a short term to mid term trader. He is not a long term investor that's why he is so negative with the market.

I may not like John Mangun because he sounds egotistical and narcissistic and spits out opinions in lieu of self promotion and self preservation….but he is also NOT WRONG. As painful as it sounds, the way the market is set up there’s just no upside for retail investors to take risks.
