(I mainly talk about his swimming technique by the way).
I also discussed the evolution of TECHNIQUE in the years to come starting from basic projectile/propellant principles.

Pierre, you are the "World's Best Orator." Since the earliest days of competition, no one has had your ability to "see the essence" and then "explain the essence" so clearly & precisely! Congratulations to your Paris Olympic Team, as both Leon & his coach will be in a zone previously unbeknownst to mankind! nice, but you want lumbar kyphosis (posterior pelvic tilt) in backstroke - lordosis is the natural anterior curve

@evolun I believe that Pierre is correct. He said that lumbar lordosis should be as little pronounced as possible.
