Leave it to Harry to be a downer. Take an award, then try to talk about race and how bad the world is. Meanwhile the giant photo of Tillman looks down upon Meghan, the most selfish woman the public has seen in ages.

He is such a coward, he insisted the vets stay on stage with him. And then…he left immediately after receiving this award…such a pathetic coward!

Straight away he acknowledged Marie, Pat Tillman’s widow, (not his mother) for choosing him. When he did mention his mother Mary he said he respected her - if he respected her he would have respectfully declined the award knowing she felt he wasn’t a worthy recipient. Keeping the three veterans on the stage with him for protection against boos was a cowardly and despicable thing to do imo.

He is a patron. He is not doing the work or organizing it. Simply lends his name and his wife then waddles in and makes it about herself instead of the brave veterans.

I thought royalty gave awards, not getting them for no reason

No, that was the widow sitting there, looking suitably “ bereaved”. In reality, she was pissed that everyone found out what a sham she and her husband are taking bribes, money, and most of the donations to the foundation. No longer under the radar. Hope they get investigated and audited.
