This is the first time since the JWE times that I've decided to make a park. The game has constantly added more and more things to make it actually fun and with mods, how could I not. As of writting this I appriciate all the support I can see already on this one!

love the content beavs, u should name the spinosaurus "jaws" inspired by the way its sail pokes out of the water in Jurassic Park 3

I wish they allowed certain dinosaurs like Spino to swim. It'd be so cool to add big bodies of water and watch dinos swim around.

The spino should be called Sobek as it’s the name of an Egyptian God with a crocodile head. This links in to the fact that spino was first discovered in Egypt

You can put an amphitheater around a single lagoon with a platform in the middle, and then put a few malta rocks on top of the platform for pterosaurs to perch on. Then throw in little pterosaurs and you have a neat open air pterosaur viewing area. You can also add more lagoons going out of the little opening in the amphitheater to give more space. If the pterosaurs escape from any direction, simply place aviaries around the lagoon and use Kai's toolbox to sink them underground (perhaps rotated so the dirt around the base is smaller), as they won't pass over them even if they're hidden underground.

With Kai’s toolbox, I believe you can also sink decorations into the lagoon. So, you could add large rock structures if you had the patience, and maybe even plants (if they could fit in a underwater setting)

Another good thing is if you do the monrail glitch you can put a tour on the monrail track you just need land below so you can place the route and obviously turn the monrail buildings off

James probably knows this by auto. However, the reason that the viewing stand was able to see into the enclosure, even though the lagoon wall was over it was because the inside of the concrete wall does not render from the inside. Concrete on the outside, invisible from the inside, which is where the guests are. Bing, Bam, Boom.

This is nostalgia so thank you I missed this game

Im so excited

I have an idea for you that I came up with recently, you should make a huge enclosure release dinosaurs in like different areas and make it kinda like dinosaurs in the wild and no humans involved. I did it and it was really fun and surprisingly the spinosaurus suchomimus, and baryonix don’t fight each other much and other things also can show you all the time the devs put in the game

I bet what is the spinosaurus thinking about when he was a skeleton

Add a sunken ship into the lagoon, would be cool!

With the addition of the Archelon and Nothosaurus, I'm honestly disappointed we didn't get a "Lagoon Shore" of sorts that would kinda blend the border between a lagoon and regular habitat. Basically, it'd be a sandy slope that tapers the wall of the lagoon and allows land-capable Aquatics and water-capable Terrestrials (Or even all Terrestrials) to enter and exit the water freely. Obviously there's TONS of coding and animation that goes into something like that, but by starting small and only allowing the two aquatics as well as Piscivores to do it to start would be an amazing proof of concept. Maybe only some dinos like the Spino, Bary, and Sucho could dive or anything fancy like that, and other dinos would be relegated to swimming at the surface, would would be awesome for some Aquatic Predation too, especially if they did something like let a Mosa grab dinos that are on the beach. This could ultimately make for some really cool Island/Archipelago builds too, where dinos are allowed to travel through treacherous waters in search of food types, prey, or just for the heck of it. This would be greatly improved with a proper "herding" mechanic so dinos don't just swim off on their own and become lonely. That, or allowing us to build Aviary domes over Lagoons, as then we could get some nice interface between those two as well, like a Mosa breaching to catch a Pteranodon or Quetzals preying on Nothosaurs on rocks/Ichthyosaurus near the surface. This also opens up the idea of allowing dinos into Aviarys without glitches, maybe species activated doors that allow either all land or player-specified land species to enter and exit the Aviary freely, which could help make for nice "exclusion zones" of sorts. Could also just add a "Flyer Grid" like what we saw in Dominion, where it seems implants were used to keep the Quetzal from simply flying away from the valley. Allow players to set up invisible zones or use pylons to mark them out and have "Free roaming" Flying creatures.

in the off chance Beaver see this (which is very unlikely) , you can disable path/fence snapping by pressing ctrl + 2 with the Freebuild mod, ctrl + 1 also disables building snapping and ctrl + 3 disables path/fence alignment, and with Kai's Wee Toolbox and maybe even expanded terrain tools, you can even get rid of the indent the log made, oh and also you can airlift the sailfish, you just need to restart the game, if you view the species viewer it kinda breaks modded species from what ive heard

Bobs journal day 1 Woke up on an island in the middle of the lagoon today, not sure how I got here. Noticed the spinosaur Skelton had damage and began to work on it. Suddenly heard the voice of god telling someone(maybe angels or something else) to say hello to me. Funny I didn’t know god was from the UK.

Got an idea for your park. Since you have this elevation thing going on in the monorail track, with the Spinosaurus somewhat over the ride, and the Archalon + Icthyosaurus below it, you should a do an eye level exhibit with the track running over the enclosure, with a tall sauropod like the dominion dreadnoughtus looking at you at eye level. Also a good dinosaur combination to do is two Carcharodontosaurus with one with Svalvard and Lithobates, and the other with Quillian Mountains and Lithobates. The two look like a pair of a male and female and match really well.

I initally found your channel while browsing JP: Builder content 8 years ago (as a dinosaur-obsessed 10 year old), and I haven't stopped watching your videos since. Admittedly I don't care for JW: Alive (pay-to-win down to the bone, and less exciting than Pokémon GO), but you make practically any game seem novel and fun. You alone have revived my interest in the Jurassic Park franchise multiple times, and I couldn't be more thankful for the hours of entertainment you provide to millions of people! I also appreciate your serious when it comes to advocating for better game mechanics and dinosaur media in general (i.e your JW: Dominion review). When you put the Vastatoraurus Rex in the park make it a Skull Island enclosure it would be SOOOO cool. And name the more light colored archelon Whitney bc it sounds fitting

Ok look, everything Kaiodenic has done with mods to the game is transferred into JWE2 when asked for it, so I think we start asking for something a little bit MORE than more decorations or benches... lets start talking about getting rid of the boundaries of what we can do. Let's start talking about making boundary boxes toggle-able through the sandbox settings. wouldn't things like this be cool if EVERYONE could do it, console or PC? Imagine how much more creative people could get if we could do things like this, but in vanilla? also WELCOME BACK BEAVERS!!!
