This was definitely the best Chaos Theory due to its difficulty. Really makes you think strategically about money and dinosaur visibility, even as much as challenge mode.

You really want to get it done around that 4 hour mark where everything starts dying to old age. Save scumming dinosaur eggs and storms, stopping time to build, and hiring scientists that reduce cost of incu/synth/exp. Mosasaurus is also busted; you want 2 of them.

So, you know how the amenities have the upgrade slots to help balance out the demand? You can also change the top item, the main good being sold. It does far more than the upgrades and will often fill the needs of 2 demographics on its own. If you change that, you usually won't even need all the upgrade slots to get out of the red.

Jeff’s lines in this whole game mode *chefs kiss* Simply amazing.

Was finally able to pull that one off, it was real tough. For scientists I tried to focus on those that reduced expeditions, synthesis and incubation. Since when you get to the T Rex and Mosasuras they are ridiculously expensive. And really it's just popping out as many dinosaurs you can but at full genome. Also power stations over backup generators cause that saves alot of money as well from not having to refill it. Finally lots of shops where needed (red), and adjust the products and items constantly to what pays the most or keeps the deficit at the lowest.

I placed my power stations far away from the park because I knew a storm could wipe the entire park out if electricity goes down, however I’d place back up gens later on mixed with power stations just incase your power stations get hit by a storm.

Just get passed that very first storm and you should be ok Have 2 mosasaurus Two trexes Two large carnivores (Giganotasaurus for me) The raptors obviously. Get sauropods involved as well Most importantly, make sure transport rating is 90%+

Honestly, I'm most excited for the species interactions. I know that you could mix species in enclosures with JWE1, but with carnivores you had to be careful. Now, you can put in multiple species of carnivores that are similarly sized and it can work out.

Please don't defeat me...

When I tried this one, the part where you have to research all the genomes to make Indominus, a twister appeared at the exact same time and literally destroyed my entire park. No matter how many times I reloaded my save, the twister would come and wipe all my money so I was forced to restart.

My top tip for this is to research the crap out of everything before you build the lagoon, the Tornados don't really turn up until you trigger that event, also once you're ready to build the lagoon first incubate a backup T-Rex, without Rexy your profits plummet. All about profit so watch your shops and close the ones losing money, make big paths everywhere. Finally on the storms always pause so you can plan your repairs in your own time and ensure those capture/ranger buildings have a backup generator next to them 👍

When I played this, immediately jumped into the Jurassic World Chaos Theory (after completing the campaign of course) and it was a HUGE mistake…. Tornadoes are relentless

This chaos theory broke my soul. I had everything running fine, left my money to build for a while. No storms or escapes etc but apparently my profits die anyway every single time I’ve tried… restarted it 6 times now and I’m over it

This one was by far my favorite, also my T.rex walked out of its enclosure because the fences were being upgraded and that made me laugh

Jurassic world fallen kingdom was 100% the most stressful one I’ve played, Jurassic world on the other hand is pure luck. My first save I had about 4 storms and I got 1 huge one before I completed it, it absolutely destroyed my park and I couldn’t recover so I restarted and speed ran it,I had 2 storms early on and 0 after that. Also a bit late to say this but for anyone else watching who is about to start this chaos theory, keep your money above 6 million until you open the park then never drop below 3 million until your profit reaches around 600k/700k and you’ll easily be able to survive a storm and repairs with 3 mill, send an extraction team out during a storm so if you need money you can sell the other items, 600/700k will allow you to drop below 3 mill because you’re profit is good enough to recover✌🏽 that’s how I passed with mine the second time.

I love how he misunderstands the traits saying he dosent want the tolerant one yet that is the best Para out of that batch

I think you're skimming over the genetic flaws too much when selecting the eggs. so many times I've seen you not choose something because it has -30% chance to attack ranger teams or other things. it says minus, not plus lol.

23:20 When you click on a ranger team, at the bottom it will say '"assigned post - Ranger post 1" etc... So thats how you see who is assigned to what post

Tip: Make the enclosures small enough for the dinosaurs to be fine and the amenities not be painful to make profitable because I did that in Jurassic Park two and it worked so amazingly

Im late to this but, James for the Amenities, dont look at the comfort of each group. Look at the money profit, if its blue its a good add on(configure), if red dont add that one. This is how you get the most money out of your amenities. A good tip for anyone doing challenge mode for your amenities. Anyways Love your videos James!!

@@freddiesedgwick4759if you look at the profit of the individual amenity, it will be either red or blue. Red means it is in the negative value and blue means the positive value. When you customize the amenities each of the modules will show you the changes in profit it would generate should you equip it. The ones that raise profit the most are the ones you use

i worked out that, during the species part dont put the species in all at once, build up money, and just put as much stuff in as possible, because it seems storms don't trigger til the park build up , where you need VIPs and such. at least thats what i have gathered i'm still playing through so i can unlock lagoons and stuff for sandbox.

@@kennylindsay268 Its not about the research although its a part of it, the triggers for stoems in this is after the initial build up theb during the hard part the vips the stoems trigger and its hard to get them back up to trigger. so having safety and all thebother buildings in the park before hand helps alot.

@@kennylindsay268 well thats the trickier part, i found that certain cosmetic interior stuff helps like waterfall or fountain. smaller amenities are best larger ones just seem to drag out money. but it is important to use the move feature, so when one area becomes less popular move the buildings around also saves on building more.

So I have noticed that whenever your Dino’s have a cold the best thing to do is just let them be like don’t send anyone to help them as crazy as it sounds it work because before I would spend a whole 20 minutes just dealing with the cold but the thing is a dinosaur can’t actually die from the cold unless they have the week or sickly gene otherwise if there health gets to low they get better by themselves. There’s a quick tip your welcome and love you content and continue to be creative and fun!
