Here is the extended version of our most recent trip to wales with @ALL_4_WHEELS, that all you off-road fans have been waiting for!
This was the last trip we did with our good friend Gav before he sadly took his own life.
We previously only posted a short version of this trip but had always planned to do an extended version.
Gav's family have set up a just giving page to help fund a charity in honour of Gav. We would like to use the power of social media and our great following to help raise awareness and funds to support other people who are struggling.

Yet another reyt good video Gentlemen, you definitely make sure you push the cars to their limits!! 😀😀 Is worth getting number plates that stick on the bonnets (vinyl kinda thing) or maybe position them on the roof racks??

You guys should get out in the Yeti this Winter and see if you can tow any trucks out of the snow like you did with the Touareg.

The poor yeti would last about 10 feet before something broke… it might be surprisingly good off road but a tow vehicle it is not

Touareg are one of the highest towing rated vehicles available that’s why. Yetis, are not. Even ones as cool as the dark side one.
You'd be stuffed it another 4x4 came the other way 😂
One of the VW has the RADAR renegade RT. Do you recomend them . thanks .

No, that's a V8 TDi with everything from a V12! Our V12 was stripped down, we only kept the engine.
You would have thought that you would have screwed the number plates on by now on with tape !!

Best thing to do is contact Ad form West Wales Laners. He's the one that took us these routes, can't quite remember where they were
Only one vehicle there in it's natural surroundings, and the only one I would trust my life with ..... All the others being a compromise of various degrees ..... If you can't figure it out, it has a white roof, which with a few basic tools you could actually change, as you could with most other parts on it, and your head lamp will cost you about 20 quid, bulb not included mind.

@@DarksideDevelopments My 1963 2a still starts, still runs, and still stops. I can fix it with a knife and fork, and next year it will be 60 years old. No other 4x4 has ever, or will ever, come close to a series, or early coil sprung Land Rover. If that makes me deluded, then I am happily deluded.

You must not have elbows. I agree they are reliable in a sense and can be fixed in the field but we like to get there in comfort and not have to fix them really!
What mods you guys done to the V6 TDi ? I have a 57 plate and watching this is making me want to mod mine now 🤦🤣

How many times have u crumble the doors with an obstacle. Why don't you build a set of rock/tree sliders in place where side steps could be fitted. Problem solved thank me later.
