I love you, Stevie Wonder. You made me fall in love with music when I was just a little lad. I played your greatest hits 2 over and over on cassette when I was tiny before I even realised you'd made the music you had in the 70s and beyond. One day I came across a recorded tape my parents had made of SITKOL and ended up bawling my eyes out by the time I got to Another Star. I just couldn't barely compute what I was hearing, that someone could make music so sublime (and so much of it on one album!). My little ears and brain couldn't handle it but it was the happiest I've ever been in my life. You're an absolute gem, a treasure.

Ok, he did more than that, giving MJ his gold record for Off the Wall when at CBS, teaming up Bobby Womack and Lulu, putting out some Rahsaan Patterson and Anthony David records in Europe, but point is, these influences are priceless. I'm SO glad I got to listen to what I did growing up. It changed my life.

I am involved in a German project, called "Bicycles for Africa" and we send regularly, overseas containers, with, up to 450, high quality, German bicycles to the poorest countries in Africa! The receivers of these gifts are so happy about that, but we are disappointed, that, some of these countries, charge very high import taxes, which we object to, but have to accept! WOW. I have never had anyone agree that there has not been any progress. Stevie you have always been my favorite. I finally made it to a concert. My son and I at Jones Beach. I can't remember what year. I am getting old! There was an electrical storm. The concert was delayed. People ran out to the stage and quickly covered all the equipment. It was a long wait on top of a lifetime waiting to get to see you . My heart still pounds with excitement when I think of that amazing night!
