An Oldy But A Goody: A Review of WOTC Star Wars Miniatures
Ойындар
Wizards of the Coast's old collectable figures game, Star Wars Miniatures, is still super fun and super cool! In this video we explore the main features of the game, it's basic history, and the nifty new ways its being used.
The comprehensive rulebook: www.swmgamers.com/SWM/SWM%20R...
This site includes info on Tournaments, V-sets, maps, and even little tweaks to rules throughout the years.
Beyond open skirmishes, there were official scenarios released. There's a list of them here, however, its seems that WOTC have removed the scenario information from their website...

Now That’s what I call going the extra mile because the figures themselves….. at least a lot of them are quite small especially the humans if only if you had a thing that looked like a a stand

As do we all, we insignificant beings...
I saw this video maybe a couple of months ago. A weird thought entered my mind, a strange.... desire you can say. What if I had more than just imperial assault? What if I could expand on a game that is by all means complete. Now months after and I have hunted down lot after lot of this game and now I number around 80 minis :D I have you to blame, and thank :D

Thanks!
Cool. Well produced video. For me it seems if there’s a great Star Wars game, you need to pool money to get maximum product because it seems something always cuts a game off at the knees. Not blaming anyone, I believe in free enterprise but I have about 300 of these with cards and realize that they’ll never get to what I paid for them. I guess we’ll wait and see. Thank for great breakdown. Btw whose tiles were you using in final seconds of the video?
Wow! Who knew?

Right? It's a neat game, and the current community is awesome! We may have to do a deep dive into it one of these days.
I have a question? With characters with the force - how many points at the beginning of the game do they have?
@JumbleAndGaff

Great question! Each force user will have a 'force rating' that tells you how many points they start the game with. The 'Force Rating' is just the number that follows the keyword 'Force' on their character card. It'll look like 'Force X'. Count Dooku, for example, has 'Force 5' on his card, which means he starts the game with 5 force points. He won't regenerate those points once they're spent, so use them wisely!
