Lawyers are positive that people who cant get lawyers are unworthy of justice. If there are any exceptions they haven't hung out a shingle around around anywhere I've ever lived...

Our courts have become or maybe always were just a source of revenue. It was never designed for 99% of cases to be resolved with a plea deal. Judges prosecutors police public defenders, and even defense attorneys work together to keep the revenue stream coming. The courts are more likely to suppress videos than watch them for evidence that would endanger the income that the charges generate

It's not an intelligence issue. The courts have become just another revenue source, and justice has nothing to do with it. It is doubtful the founders intended 99% of all court cases be resolved with a plea deal. We need a complete overhaul

To convict someone of solicitation, a prosecutor must prove that the defendant intended to have someone else commit a crime and took some action to convince them to do so. The solicited party doesn't need to take any action to commit the crime for solicitation to be considered complete. If I were you I'd ask for a refund on that legal edumakiton ya gots.

It’s protected under the “freedom of the press” clause in the constitution… They’re a public figure in a public setting so they can be filmed anywhere in public

I think I can identify which one was on drugs. It sure wasn't that poor mokes sitting on the sidewalk.

I was beat by the police in Smith County Texas on April 18th, 2017 while at gun point and being tazzed. They were never held accountable for their actions. It was all on video, but covered up.

I swear I heard the officer say, “ I need to be tied up behind a pickup truck and drug around for a couple miles to get over this lying episode I am having”. Did anyone else hear that?

Psychopath with too much power in his hand! End qualified Immunity maybe then something will change holds these Tyrants personally accountable!
